2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in this kind, as disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 5-60307,
The burner hole and the secondary air supply are separately formed as separate parts, and the combustion in the burner is performed by the secondary air supply that is laid out in the combustion flame formed in the burner. By supplying the secondary air, a stable combustion state can be obtained.

In this conventional apparatus, however, the flame hole and the secondary air supply section are formed separately from each other, so that the number of parts is increased and assembly is difficult and expensive. The secondary air supplied from the secondary air hole is not ejected because the flame hole of the flame hole and the secondary air of the secondary air supply unit are formed on the same plane. At the same time, it is supplied in the combustion flame, cannot be supplied after rectification, and there is a problem that turbulence occurs during combustion and good combustion cannot always be obtained.

The present invention focuses on this point and solves the above-mentioned drawbacks. In particular, the present invention is directed to a vaporizer provided with a heating heater, which is used to predict the vaporized gas and combustion air. In forming a mixed gas and burning it in a burner section through a mixing chamber, the burner section is composed of a plurality of alternately provided flame holes and a secondary air supply section. Further, the flame holes are formed in a convex shape, and slender inverted L-shaped flame holes extending from the substantially central portion to the side walls are formed alternately on the top and left along the longitudinal direction. The secondary air supply section is formed by a concave portion between adjacent flame holes and has a secondary air hole at the bottom.

After energizing the heating heater 12 to heat the carburetor 1 to the set vaporization temperature, the combustion fan 40 and the electromagnetic pump 42 are driven so that the fuel oil and the primary combustion gas are contained in the carburetor 1. When air is supplied, the fuel oil is vaporized to form a premixed gas, and the mixed gas is supplied to the burner 23 through the mixing chamber 16.
It is burned in.

[0006] The combustion of the burner 23 causes the flame hole 2
Since the flames formed in No. 4 have the flame holes 26 formed alternately on the left and right sides, they are formed alternately on the left and right, and the remainder is sufficiently secured. Since the flames are alternated even if the flames become large due to the large thermal combustion, good combustion flames can always be formed without interference.

Further, since the secondary air supply section 25 arranged in parallel with the flame hole 24 is formed by a concave portion between the adjacent flame holes 24 and the secondary air hole 27 is provided at the bottom, the secondary air supply section 25 is provided. Part 2
5 It is easy and cheap to assemble without the need for dedicated parts,
Moreover, there is a predetermined space from the secondary air hole 27 to the flame hole 26 which is a combustion part, and the ejected secondary air is supplied to the combustion flame after being rectified without fail, so that turbulence does not occur. Good combustion can always be performed.

In the carburetor 1, the fuel oil injected from the fuel injection nozzle 2 collides with the flat surface 8 of the vertical vaporization surface 7 and diffuses uniformly around the surface because there is no unevenness. The primary air supplied on the bead 9 moves in a sequential manner along the meandering path 10 due to the wind blown by the primary air. The primary air also causes turbulence and is sufficiently mixed with the vaporized gas, so that a good mixed gas can be obtained.

The vaporized gas vaporized on the vertical vaporizing surface 7 is
The primary air which collides with the vertical vaporizing surface 7 and rebounds flows in the horizontal bowl-shaped vaporizer 1 to the upper and lower side walls 13 and 14 provided with the heating heaters 12.
Since the heater 4 is sufficiently heated by the heating heater 12, the vaporization of the vaporized gas is further promoted, and the primary air is also heated well. Does not flow out immediately, but stays in the vaporizer 1 to a certain extent and after being sufficiently mixed, flows out from the outlet 6.

On the other hand, the mixed gas flowing out from the outlet 6 flows into the mixing chamber 16, and the mixing chamber 16 is heated for a predetermined time by the auxiliary heater 20 which is energized simultaneously with the preheating of the vaporizer 1, and Since the high-temperature preheating state is maintained, the inflowing mixed gas does not liquefy.

The mixed gas promotes rectification in the rectification chamber 17 and then immediately splits finely into a plurality of gas chambers 19 and flows into the plurality of gas chambers 19. The ejection speed of the mixed gas ejected from the flame holes 26 of the 24 becomes uniform irrespective of the longitudinal direction,
The mixed gas is rectified immediately before being ejected from the flame hole 26.
After passing through zero, it is finally rectified and ejected, and combustion is started if it is appropriately ignited by ignition means (not shown).

Further, since the flame holes 26 in which the flame is formed are provided alternately on the left and right at the top of the flame hole portion 24, the remaining portion is sufficiently secured and the strength is high, so that there is no fear of burning out even during long-term combustion. Also, even if the flame becomes large due to the large thermal combustion, the formed flame is alternately left and right, and a good combustion flame can be obtained without interfering with each other.

Further, a secondary air supply section 25 is formed between each of the flame holes 24, and a flame hole 26 is extended to the side wall surface of the flame hole 24, and a flame holding guide 29 guides this. Therefore, the spread of the flame formed in each of the flame holes 26 is suppressed by the flame holding guide 29 and the flame is guided at the bent portion, and the flame protrudes above the secondary air supply part 25, and the secondary The secondary air is supplied from the air hole 27. There is a distance between the time when the secondary air is ejected and the time when the secondary air is supplied to the combustion flame. During this time, the secondary air is reliably rectified and supplied. Therefore, good combustion is always performed.

Further, since the secondary air supply section 25 is formed by a concave portion between the adjacent flame holes 24, a special component is not required and the structure is simple. The air supply section 25 is also formed, and can be easily assembled and inexpensive.

On the other hand, between the above-mentioned heat absorbing fins 31 during combustion,
A larger flame is formed in the large flame hole 33, and a large amount of combustion heat rises between the heat absorbing fins 31, so that the vaporizer 1 obtains a sufficient heat back amount through the heat absorbing fins 31,
After the start of combustion, heat is not supplied to the heating heater 12, and heat of vaporization can be obtained by heat-back, thereby ensuring power saving.

In short, the present invention is a vaporizer provided with a heater for heating, which forms a premixed gas of a vaporized gas and combustion air, and burns it in a burner section through a mixing chamber. The burner portion is composed of a plurality of alternately provided flame holes and a secondary air supply portion. Further, the flame holes are formed in a convex shape, and the top portion has a substantially central portion. Elongated inverted L-shaped flame holes extending from side to side wall are formed alternately on the left and right along the longitudinal direction, and the secondary air supply part is formed by a concave portion between adjacent flame holes, and a secondary Since the air holes are provided, good flame can be formed and there is no fear of burning out even if the combustion is performed for a long period of time. In addition, good combustion can be always obtained while being simple and inexpensive.
