ている。このフラット下枠1は、中空状に構成され、そ
の上面2には仕切板3,3と、外部障子用レール4およ
び内部障子用レール5が一体に形成されている。そして
外部障子用レール4と内部障子用レール5との間は、上
面2より僅かに低い樋状部6が形成されており、外部障
子の建込み側および内部障子の建込み側の各外部障子用
レール4の室内側近傍に、図2に示すように長形状の水
