Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid condensation and to improve durability by holding a board- shaped foaming material in a nearly flat board-shaped panel body made of FRP to form them into a single body. SOLUTION: A panel body 1 is composed of a flat board-shaped part 1a constituting a floor surface part, an engaging piece 1b formed around the part 1a to position and fix the part 1a on a floor crosspiece, and a drainage groove 1c formed on one side of the part 1a, and these members made of FRP are formed into a single body by press molding. In the part 1a, foaming material 2 such as hard foamed urethane is held between a front surface layer 11a and a rear surface layer 12a of FRP so as to make them integral with each other. And a plurality of legs 3 for causing inclination are fixedly attached to the rear surface of the material 2, nearly in parallel with the groove 1c, and each leg 3 is projected to the rear surface side of a floor panel through the layer 12a of FRP. Thus the flat board-shaped part of the panel body is reinforced with foamed material and also heat conduction between the front and rear layers can be restrained so that condensation can be prevented.

2. Description of the Related Art As a flooring material for balconies, terraces, balconies, etc., an FRP having a substantially flat plate shape as a whole and, if necessary, integral mounting pieces, drainage grooves, etc.
Floor panels made of aluminum are known (for example, Japanese Utility Model 2-145
No. 05). Such floor panels are usually laid on the lower ground of balconies, terraces, etc. with a slight inclination in a predetermined direction, but the inclination is fixed to the back surface side of the substantially flat panel body. It is provided by a leg for imparting inclination or by interposing a crosspiece for imparting inclination on the base.

Here, in such a floor panel,
Conventionally, in order to reinforce a substantially flat panel body made of FRP to prevent the occurrence of bending or the like, a plywood is often attached to the back surface side of the panel body (the above-mentioned No. 2-14505, No. -32501). In addition, when providing the above-mentioned inclination-providing leg part, the leg part is fixed to the reinforcing plywood.

By the way, since this kind of floor panel is laid with the legs, crosspieces, etc. interposed on the base of a balcony or the like as described above, the floor panel rear surface and the base are not separated from each other. A space of about 10 cm is often formed between them. With such a space formed on the back side,
Especially when the airtightness of the space is high, dew condensation is likely to occur when a temperature difference occurs between the front surface side and the back surface side of the floor panel.
In a conventional floor panel in which a reinforcing plywood is attached to the back surface of a FRP panel body, if such dew condensation occurs on the back surface side, the reinforcing plywood may be corroded or the base material may be corroded. Become.

In addition, since the conventional floor panel having the reinforcing plywood attached to the back surface is made of different materials, the difference in the coefficient of thermal expansion between the materials causes the panel body to be used over a long period of time. That is, the foam material has a large heat insulating effect,
By sandwiching such a foamed material 2 inside the panel body 1, even if there is a difference in atmospheric temperature between the front surface side and the back surface side of the floor panel, heat conduction in the floor panel is suppressed, and as a result, the panel is reduced. The front surface and the back surface of the main body 1 maintain a temperature close to the ambient temperature on each side, and dew condensation is less likely to occur.

Further, since the foamed material 2 is sandwiched inside the panel main body 1 and integrated with each other, there is a possibility that peeling may occur at the interface between the two as compared with the structure in which plywood is attached to one surface. Less and improved durability.

When the foam material 2 is made of a suitable foam resin, the difference in the coefficient of thermal expansion from the FRP panel body 1 is smaller than that when plywood is used, and peeling occurs more. Further, even when a foam material of any material is used, by forming a plurality of small through holes 21 in the foam material 2, the adhesion effect to the panel body 1 is improved by the anchor effect, and peeling is more likely to occur. Inside the flat plate-shaped portion 1a of the panel body 1,
A plate-shaped foam material 2 having an area substantially over the entire area of the flat plate portion 1a is arranged. That is, the panel body 1
The flat plate-shaped portion 1a of 3 has a three-layer structure in fact, and the foam material 2 is sandwiched between the front layer 11a and the back layer 12a made of FRP, and these are integrated with each other. To form the front surface layer 11a and the back surface layer 12
The FRP forming a enters into each through small hole 21, the adhesive strength between the panel body 1 and the foam material 2 is improved by the anchor effect, and the peeling between the panel body 1 and the foam material 2 becomes further difficult to occur. In the floor panel having the structure shown in FIG. 3, since the legs 3 suppress the transmission of the temperature of the base such as the balcony to the floor panel, the temperature on the back surface side of the panel body 1 is the same as that of the surrounding area. It becomes closer to the ambient temperature, and it is possible to more reliably prevent dew condensation on the back surface side.

FIG. 4 shows an example in which the plate-shaped foam material 2 and the sound insulating material 40 are sandwiched inside the panel body 1. The foam material 2 and the sound insulating material 40 are in the form of a flat plate of the panel body 1, respectively. Having a spread over the entire part 1a,
These are integrated in a state of being sandwiched by the FRP surface layer 11a and the back surface layer 12a of the flat plate portion 1a. The material of the sound insulating material 40 is a material having a large specific gravity, such as lead.

By adopting the structure shown in FIG. 4,
Even if there is a drastic change in load on the panel body 1,
Sound generated thereby is blocked by the sound insulating material 40, and rattling and squeaking noises generated when walking on the panel body 1 are also blocked by the sound insulating material 40. As a result, it is difficult to transmit the sound to the lower part of the floor panel, and particularly the floor panel. This is effective when there is a living room or the like under the panel laying position, and a floor panel having a sound insulating effect in addition to a heat insulating effect can be obtained. Further, the sound insulating material 40 also functions as a reinforcing material, and a floor panel having higher strength can be obtained.

Further, by adopting the structure in which the foam material 2 is arranged below the sound insulating material 40, the foam material 2 has a sound absorbing effect to some extent, so that the soundproofing effect is further improved. In each of the above embodiments, an example is shown in which the leg portion 3 for imparting the inclination to the floor panel is fixed to the back side of the panel body 1, but the leg portion 3 is not always necessary. If the leg portion 3 is not provided, a crosspiece or the like for imparting an inclination may be separately arranged on the balcony base or the like. In addition, when the leg portion 3 is provided, it is needless to say that the leg portion 3 may be directly fixed to the back surface of the panel body 1 in addition to the structure in which the leg portion 3 is fixed to the foam material 2 as in the previous examples. As described above, according to the present invention, the FRP
Since a plate-shaped foam material is sandwiched and integrated inside the panel body made of steel, heat transfer inside the panel body is blocked, and even if there is a temperature difference between the front and back sides of the panel body. , Condensation does not easily occur on the panel body, and there is no risk of corroding the balcony base. In addition, since the foam material is sandwiched and integrated inside the panel body, compared to a conventional floor panel in which a plywood is bonded to the back side of the panel body, the boundary between different materials is long-term use. The possibility that peeling will occur on the surface is reduced, and if the through small holes are formed in the foam material, peeling will be less likely to occur due to the anchor effect, and a floor panel with high durability can be obtained. Further, since the weight is lighter than the case where plywood is used as the surface reinforcing material of the panel body, a floor panel excellent in workability can be obtained.
