Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly restrain splashing at a coated surface while making coating available for being applied to a restricted space by a method wherein a spouting container that is capable of spouting a foamy material in a specific vapor-liquid capacity mixing ratio made up by mixing a specific liquid coating agent with air is used. SOLUTION: This foam spouting container 1 is composed of a flexible tubular bottomed container main body 2 and a foam spouting device 3 mounted by screwing onto a mouth 20 of the container main body 2. A liquid coating agent mainly composed of a coating agent including 3-30% of nonvolatile component capable of forming film and a liquid coating agent mainly composed of silicone or wax are guided through a liquid inducing passage 6 and air is guided through an air inducing passage 7 respectively into a vapor-liquid mixing chamber 8. Then, a foamy material in a vapor-liquid mixing capacity ratio of 1.1-10 is made out of a liquid substance and air induced into the vapor-liquid mixing chamber 8 with a foaming body 9, and the foamy material is spouted out of a spout 40.

However, when a single-hole type squeeze container is used for coating as in the prior art, the liquid material often bounces from the coating surface, depending on the coating location, so that the liquid may reach beyond the target range. Even if you think that you have wiped off all the applied areas after the liquid has spattered, there are still traces of the liquid that have spattered after drying, and you have to wipe it again. Was there. Further, in the trigger type spray container, since the liquid substance spreads too much, it has a drawback that it cannot be applied in a narrow place and that it is often scattered.

In the foam discharge container of the present invention, by squeezing the body portion of the container body, the nonvolatile component contained in the container body is 3% to 30%, and the nonvolatile component can form a film. A coating agent, a coating agent liquid containing silicone or wax as a main component, and air are introduced into the gas-liquid mixing chamber through the liquid introduction passage and the air introduction pipe, and the coating agent liquid and air are further foamed by the foam. A foam is formed and the foam is discharged to the outside from the discharge port. Since the gas-liquid mixing volume ratio of the foam formed by the foam is 1.1 to 10, Bounce from the application surface is surely suppressed, and application can be performed within a target range.
