に気泡として浸入しその分だけインクが溢れ出してイン
ク保溜体に保溜される。また逆に軸筒からキャップを外
す場合、シール筒内の空気は上記の現象とは逆に減圧さ
れる事になり、そのためインクタンク内のインクが引き
出されやはりインク保溜体に保留されたり、ペン先から
インクを引き出す事になる。このようにキャップの着脱
の度にインク保溜体のインク保溜量が増加していき最後
には保溜能力を超過して空気孔からインクが吹き出した
り、ペン先からインクが流出したりするすが、この現象
を防ぐために上記のような構造を採用している。
