Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas filter in which filtration is surely free from clogging by using liquid instead of filter paper or a mesh. SOLUTION: A traplike liquid gathering part 2 is disposed on the way of a transfer pipe 1 of outside air A. The lower transfer pipe 1a is projected out into the inside through the bottom wall 3 of the liquid gathering part 2. A partition plate 5 is formed so as to cover the opening part of the transfer pipe 1a. A peripheral wall 6 is hung from the periphery of the partition plate 5. A meshy part 7 reaching a peripheral wall 9 is formed in the part lower than the opening part of the transfer pipe 1a parallel with the bottom wall of the liquid gathering part. A hanging wall is slightly extended from the side edge part of the meshy part 7. The lower end of the peripheral wall 6 in which the meshy part 7 is not formed is positioned in the part lower than the meshy part. A top wall 10 is formed from the upper end of the peripheral wall 9 of the liquid gathering part 2 to a transfer pipe 1b. A safety valve 11 is disposed in a part of the top wall 10 to regulate pressure when gas pressure of a negative pressure side reaches positive pressure. Outside air is filtrated by passing outside air A into liquid W of the liquid gathering part. Purified gas is transferred into gas of negative pressure.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, a trap-like liquid reservoir is installed in the middle of a transfer pipe for transferring outside air into a negative pressure gas, and a liquid trap part below the transfer pipe is installed. Projecting the transfer pipe inward from the bottom wall of the liquid reservoir,
A partition plate is provided so as to cover the opening of the transfer pipe, a peripheral wall is hung from the periphery of the partition plate, and the peripheral wall of the liquid reservoir is lower than the opening of the transfer pipe from an appropriate range of the peripheral wall. Forming a mesh portion, further extending a vertical wall from the side edge portion of the mesh portion, the lower end of the peripheral wall not provided with the mesh portion is lower than the mesh portion, and further, the liquid pool portion The top wall is formed from the upper end of the peripheral wall up to the transfer pipe, and a safety valve that adjusts the pressure when the gas pressure on the negative pressure side becomes positive pressure is provided in a part of the top wall. The liquid is stored in advance at least up to the upper part of the mesh part, filtered by passing the outside air into the liquid, and the clean gas is transferred into the negative pressure gas. So that it can be replenished from the water supply pipe of the water supply tank Rutotomoni, it is preferable to the appropriate replacement and may constitute a liquid in the liquid reservoir, further, it is preferable that the gas in the water supply tank negative pressure of the gas.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION The present invention will be described in detail. A substantially trap-like liquid reservoir 2 is installed in the middle of a transfer pipe 1 for transferring outside air A into a negative pressure gas.
The transfer pipe 1a below the transfer pipe 1a is protruded inward from the bottom wall 3 of the liquid reservoir 2, and a partition plate 5 is provided so as to cover the opening 4 of the transfer pipe 1a. The bottom wall 3 of the liquid pool 2 from the proper range of the peripheral wall 6
A mesh part 7 which is substantially parallel to the lower part of the opening 4 of the transfer pipe 1a and reaches the peripheral wall 6 of the liquid reservoir 2 is formed, and a vertical wall 8 is slightly formed from the side edge part of the mesh part 7. The transfer pipe 1b is extended so that the lower end of the peripheral wall 6 not provided with the mesh part 7 is lower than the mesh part 7, and the top wall 10 is above the upper end of the peripheral wall 9 of the liquid reservoir 2.
And a safety valve 11 for adjusting the pressure when the gas pressure on the negative pressure side becomes a positive pressure is provided on a part of the top wall 10, and the liquid reservoir portion 2 having such a structure is at least higher than the mesh portion 7. The liquid W is stored in advance up to, and the outside air A is passed through the liquid W to be filtered, and a clean gas is transferred into the negative pressure gas.
Is preferably replenished from the water supply pipe C of the water supply tank B, and the liquid W in the liquid reservoir 2 can be appropriately replaced. Further, the negative pressure gas is replaced with the gas in the water supply tank B. In addition, the gas pressure in the water supply tank B is not always negative pressure but may be positive pressure. In this case, outside air cannot enter. In this case, it is necessary to discharge the gas in the water supply tank from the safety valve 11 that adjusts the gas pressure for adjustment.

It is necessary to sufficiently consider the size of the small holes 12 of the mesh portion 7 and the distance between the small holes 12 adjacent to each other. The reason is that if the small holes 12 are too large, there will be a difficulty in purifying the air, and if they are too small, it will be difficult for gas to pass therethrough, and there will be an inconvenience that filtration cannot be performed. If the distance is too short, bubbles passing through the small holes 12 may be combined with each other to form large bubbles.
If this happens, it will be difficult to clean the air.

Further, in this case, as shown in FIG. 1, the outside air A bends downward from below the transfer pipe 1a at the partition plate 5 and descends along the peripheral wall 6 of the partition plate 5 to form the liquid pool 2
Enters the liquid W, rises upward from the small holes 12 of the mesh portion 7, reaches the liquid surface, and is transferred to the transfer pipe 1b above the liquid surface.

Since the air in the liquid W naturally moves upward, it is not normally transferred from below the hanging wall 8 to the outside from the side edge portion of the mesh portion 7.

In addition, the portion where the mesh portion 7 is not formed is transferred in the water supply tank B when the liquid in the water supply tank B overflows, for example, when this equipment is used in the water supply tank B. This is useful for smoothly discharging the liquid, which is going out from the opening of the pipe D, to the outside. Therefore, in consideration of these points, the distance from the lower end of the peripheral wall 6 where the hanging wall 8 of the mesh portion 7 or the mesh portion 7 of the partition plate 5 is not formed to the bottom wall 3 of the liquid reservoir 2 is not too small. Is desirable.

In the above case, the lower end of the peripheral wall 6 and the liquid reservoir 2
It is also conceivable to form legs from the lower end of the peripheral wall 6 to the bottom wall 3 of the liquid reservoir 2 as a configuration in which a distance is provided between the bottom wall 3 and the bottom wall 3.

With such a structure, the partition plate 5 which is the most necessary for maintenance of the filter is provided with the peripheral wall 9 of the liquid reservoir 2.
Since it can be used without attaching it to the partition plate 5,
It is easy to form a single unit and replace it.

As a structure in which the liquid W in the liquid reservoir 2 can be replaced appropriately, the opening / closing of the drain 13 of the liquid reservoir 2 and the inflow of the liquid in the liquid reservoir 2 can be automatically and properly made by using a solenoid valve. It is desirable to replace an appropriate amount of liquid with time, and further, when the gas pressure on the negative pressure side becomes positive, the safety valve 11 that adjusts the pressure is a double valve so that fine particles in the air do not enter. It is preferable to have a structure that covers the above.
