Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a strong frame, which can be folded and which can be utilized for tent or the like, by connecting both ends of main members with supporting members in the condition that a central part of each supporting member can be folded inward. SOLUTION: Both ends of two main members 4, 4 at a nearly same length are connected to each other by supporting members 6, and a central part of each supporting member 6 is formed so that it can be folded inward by hinges 22, 22. When the supporting member 6 is extended straight, a square frame is formed by the main members 4 and the supporting members 6, and when the hinges 22 of the supporting members 6 are folded, the main members 4 can be folded in parallel with each other. Cross section of the main members 4 is formed into the U-shape so that the supporting members 6 can be housed inside of the main members 4 at the time of folding. A reinforcing member, which is formed of chains 7, 7, is desirably provided in diagonal lines of this folding frame 2. A simple building such as a tent can be easily assembled in a short time by connecting such a folding frame 2 to each other.

However, in a conventional tent made of iron pipe or the like, a roof tent is assembled on the ground, a waterproof tent is attached to the tent, and the roof attached to the tent is lifted to remove the roof from the roof. It was supposed to insert columns in the four corners and start up. Therefore, it is necessary for at least four people to set up the tent because the roof is lifted at the four corners. In addition, each pipe has a joint protruding in various directions, and even if it is disassembled and put together, it cannot be neatly housed.

Further, the conventional type tent using a pipe cannot be used as a house which is urgently needed in the event of a disaster because a wall member cannot be provided on the side surface. On the other hand, a prefabricated house requires a large amount of installation and is suitable for installation for several months to several years, but it is not practical because it takes time to install it if the required period is short. Furthermore, the prefabricated house has a problem that it takes time and labor to remove, store and move the prefabricated house after use, and a large storage space is required.

Means for Solving the Problems A support member having a bendable intermediate portion is provided in parallel with each of both end portions of two main members having substantially the same length, and the bend portion of the support member is fixed by a fixing mechanism. When fixed linearly and supporting the main member, a quadrangular framework is formed, while bending this support member from the bent portion allows the support member to be housed inside and folded so that the main members are stacked. Constructed a folding framework.

The support member preferably has a U-shaped cross-section like the main member, and the width is a width that can be accommodated inside the main member.
The support member and the main member are rotatably connected by a pin or a hinge. The support member rotates from the inner side to the outer side of the main member so as not to open beyond the right angle to the main member. Further, by passing a chain or a rope on the diagonal line of the developed frame, the right angle between the main member and the support member can be firmly held. Further, a reinforcing member such as diagonal braces may be provided at the intersection of the main member and the supporting member at a right angle. By providing a chain or brace in this way, the right angle formed between the members can be firmly held, and the strength of the entire framework can be improved. Since it is difficult to use as a doorway if a diagonal chain is formed, it is preferable to use other things such as braces at the place used as a doorway.

When connecting the developed frameworks and installing a tent, the length of the support member is adjusted to form a roof so that the angle of the apex is an appropriate angle, and a cloth material is stretched there. Configure. A roller may be provided at one end of the roof to facilitate movement of the roof. Further, a wall plate or the like may be attached around the connected frame to form a shed or a temporary house. Since the frame is a quadrangle and the periphery is a member made of metal, a highly durable structure can be easily installed. Furthermore, by changing the length of the main member as necessary, the width and depth of the entire structure can be adjusted appropriately. Further, the height can be adjusted by changing the length of the support member.

When the roof portion 5 is formed, the roof cloth material 20 is attached to the roof portion 5. The cloth material 20 has a waterproof property, and is attached with the framework 2 placed on the ground. Next, two people lift one side of the roof portion 5 to which the cloth material 20 is attached, and one end is placed on the wall portion 3 as shown in FIG. A plastic roller 36 shown in FIG. 9 is provided at one end of the roof portion 5 and is fitted on the main member 4a.
It is designed to roll. Next, while holding one end of the roof portion 5 on the main member 4a in this manner, it has one side lowered to the ground, and pushes the roof portion 5 while gradually raising it. As a result, the roller 36 advances on the main member 4a of the wall portion 3, and the roof portion 5 can be easily placed on the wall portion 3. When the roof part 5 is placed on the correct position on the wall part 3, the roof part 5 is screwed to the wall part 3 and fixed. The inclined metal fittings 34 similar to those shown in FIG. 7 are appropriately provided on the main member 4a, and the roof portion 5 is screwed to the wall portion 3 by these metal fittings 34.

As described above, by using the frame 2,
The tent having the roof 5 can be easily and easily assembled by the work of two people. The assembled tent is strong, and since the chain 7 is diagonally stretched on the roof portion 5, rain does not collect on the roof portion 5 during rainfall. Also, in order to withdraw the tent, the work opposite to the assembling of the tent can be carried out by two people in the same manner as the assembling. Then, when the tent is withdrawn, it becomes the ten folded frame 2, which does not require a large storage space, is easy to store, and can be easily transported and installed anywhere.
