Since fur products using fur threads require less amount of fur compared to the case of using the fur cloth itself, the manufacturing cost is low, and the fur products are light and flexible and used for fur clothing. In this case, it is comfortable to wear, and since the hair appears on the entire circumference of the fur thread, it has a feature that it can be a fur product having hair on both sides.

In order to obtain a lighter and more flexible fur product, it is necessary to make the fur thread thinner, and in order to obtain a thinner fur thread, a chopped fur having a smaller width may be used. However, even if a skilled worker has a high technique, there is a limit of about 3 mm in width for cutting the fur material as it is into a small width. Even if it is cut into smaller pieces, the finely cut fur does not have the strength in the tensile direction, so that there is a problem that the finely cut fur will be torn when twisted and the durability of the fur product will be impaired.

Further, a method of knitting a fur thread like a wool to make a fur product has also been studied, but since the diameter of the conventional fur thread is as large as about 5 to 8 mm,
Since it is too thick to use a knitting machine, therefore, there is no other way than to knit a conventional fur thread by hand knitting, which requires manpower and manufacturing man-hours to mass-produce. It was virtually impossible to manufacture industrially.

The fur yarn manufacturing method according to the second aspect of the present invention cuts a plurality of fur cloths, which are cut into a rectangular shape, and which are moistened and stretched in a direction orthogonal to the flow of hair and dried. A long fur fabric is sewn along the direction of flow, and cuts are made in parallel along the flow direction of hair at the required intervals while leaving the edges of the required width from the front and back edges without cutting. The front and rear edges are shifted by the width of the cut and sewn together to form an annular fur cloth. The edge left uncut is cut along the cut and cut into one piece. It is characterized in that it is made into long shredded fur, and this shredded fur is moistened and stretched in the longitudinal direction, twisted so that the surface of the hair is exposed, and then dried.

<A: Widening Step> The fur cloth 1 cut into a rectangle is sprayed with water to give the fur cloth a moistness, and it is left for about 30 minutes to allow the water to blend in (Fig. 1 (a)). Use the fur cloth 1 that is softened by the moisture, and use either the left or right side edge (right edge in the figure) of the staple 2a, etc. with the hair flow direction (from the head of the fur beast to the tail) as the front and back. It is fixed on a work plate 3 such as a wooden board by using a fixing tool, and the fur cloth is widened by pulling the fur cloth in the width direction by pulling the other side edge (left side edge in the figure) (FIG. 1 (b)).

In the state where the fur cloth 1 is widened, the unfixed side edge (left edge in the figure) is also fixed on the work plate 3 by the staples 2b. At this time, a fur wrinkle 4 is generated in the lateral direction of the fur cloth, and therefore the fur cloth 1 is pulled back and forth to the extent that the wrinkle is extended (FIG. 1 (c)). With the wrinkles 4 extended, the front and rear edges of the fur cloth 1 are also fixed on the work plate 3 with the staples 2c and 2d, and left as it is to be naturally dried (Fig. 1 (d)).

By the above-described widening step, the fur cloth 1 is widened and the front and rear lengths are reduced. Fur fabric 1
In the case of mink fur with a width of 15 cm and a length of 50 cm in the front and back, the width is expanded by about 20% after the width expanding process and is 18 cm.
The length is reduced by about 20% to about 40 cm.
In this step, the fur cloth that has been once moistened and then naturally dried becomes slightly harder than the unprocessed fur cloth, and is easy to cut when chopping.

<B: Connecting Step> When the fur cloth 1 having its four sides fixed in the expanding step is dried, staples 2a,
2b, 2c, 2d are removed, and a plurality of fur cloths are arranged side by side and sewn together to form a long cloth 5 (Fig. 2). The number of fur fabrics 1 to be sewn together is, for example, about 10 to 13 to obtain a fur thread for one short coat from mink fur of the above-mentioned size (width 15 cm before processing, length 40 cm).

The stitching of the fur fabrics 1 is shown in FIGS.
As shown in Figure 1, the seam allowance 1 mm in width is attached to the edge of the fabric.
Take a and 1b, fold them to the back side of the cloth, and sew them together with the sewing thread 6 so as to wind the edges of the cloth.

<C: Shredding Step> A plurality of cuts 7 are made in parallel in the longitudinal direction of the elongated cloth 5 at intervals of about 3 mm in width (FIG. 5). At this time, the edges 5a and 5b having a width of about 1 cm from the front and rear edges of the long fabric 5 are left without being cut.

Next, the long fabric 5 is folded in two so that the hair surface is on the inside, and the edges 5a and 5b are brought into contact with each other, and the edge edges of the edges 5a and 5b are the same as in the above-described connecting step. Similarly, the sewing thread 6 is sewn so that the edges thereof are wound to form an annular material (FIG. 6). At this time, as shown in FIG. 7, the edge portion 5a,
5b is sewn together by shifting the width W1 (3 mm in this embodiment) for one finely cut fur in the width direction of the cloth.

Next, for example, a long rod 5 which is annularly hung from the ceiling and horizontally provided at an appropriate height is hung on the rod-shaped dough 5 so that the edges 5a and 5b face down, and is cut first. The edges 5a and 5b are cut along the cut lines 7 (FIG. 8).
By doing so, the long cloth 5 becomes a long finely cut fur that is spirally wound around the rod body 8.

<D: Twisting Step> The finely cut fur 9 is moistened to be soft (FIG. 9 (a)). At this time, if the water-retaining material such as sponge or sponge is made to contain water and the back side of the shredded fur (the surface without hair) is applied to the water-retaining material to give water, the hair 9a will not get wet. , It is possible to prevent hair from being caught when twisting finely cut fur. It is preferable to add a softening agent such as aminosilicon modified to the water to be absorbed by the finely cut fur 9. Even if the fur has a large amount of fat and is difficult to absorb with water itself, adding a softening agent makes it easier for water to be absorbed by the fur, and makes the fur more flexible and easy to twist. Become.

Next, the finely cut fur 9 which absorbs moisture and is made flexible is stretched in the longitudinal direction (FIG. 9 (b)). By doing so, the fur tissue that has been stretched in the width direction in the above-described widening step returns to its original state, and the width of the shredded fur shrinks (shrinks from width W1 to width W2 in FIG. 9) and stretches in the longitudinal direction. At this time, since the longitudinal direction of the shredded fur is the same as the head-to-tail direction of the fur beast, that is, the direction of the fiber structure of the fur, sufficient tensile strength in the longitudinal direction is obtained. In the case of minced fur with a width of 3 mm, mink fur is stretched in the longitudinal direction to be about 2 mm, and the length is extended by about 30%.

While pulling the finely cut fur 9 in the longitudinal direction, the fur 9 is twisted so that the surface of the bristles 9a becomes the front (FIG. 9 (c)). When the mink fur mentioned above is used, a fur thread having a diameter D of about 1 mm can be obtained by twisting the minced fur. The fur thread 10 is wound around the thread winding 11 etc. as it is and dried to impart a twisting habit so that the twisting is not unraveled (FIG. 9 (d)).

The fur yarn 10 configured as described above can be knitted with yarns other than the fur yarn such as the wool yarn 11 alternately as shown in FIG. 10 to make a fur product such as an overcoat or a shawl. In the figure, the bristles 9a are shown to be short and sparse so that the state of the stitches can be easily seen, but in reality, the bristles are long (3 to 5 cm for mink fur).
It is dense and dense, and the bristles cover the entire surface, and the state of the stitches cannot be seen from the front.

The operation and effect of the present invention has the above-mentioned structure, and therefore the following effects can be obtained. In the method of the present invention, the fur cloth is stretched in the width direction and the tissue of the fur cloth is deformed in the lateral direction. By pulling in the direction to return the texture of the fabric to the original state, the width of the shredded fur is smaller than when it was shredded, so that you can easily obtain shredded fur that is narrower than the conventional one. be able to. Therefore, the fur thread obtained by twisting the finely cut fur has a smaller diameter, and is lighter and more flexible than the conventional fur thread.

Further, since the fur yarn of the present invention is used by cutting the fur fabric into fine pieces along the hair flow direction (from the head to the tail of the fur beast), the longitudinal direction of the fur yarn is the fiber structure of the fur fabric. Since the same direction as that of the furrow is obtained, sufficient tensile strength can be obtained, and the fur yarn excellent in durability can be manufactured.
