[0003] A fur product using a fur thread requires a smaller amount of fur than a case where the fur fabric itself is used. Therefore, the production cost is small, and it is light and flexible, and is used for fur clothing. In this case, the comfort is good, and since the hair appears on the entire circumference of the fur thread, the fur product has hair on both sides.

[0004] In order to obtain a lighter and more flexible fur product, it is necessary to make the fur thread thinner. In order to obtain a thinner fur thread, it is necessary to use a finer cut fur having a smaller width. However, there is a limit to the width of about 3 mm, even with the skill of a skilled worker, for cutting the fur cloth as it is into a small width as it is. Even when cut into smaller pieces, the shredded fur cannot have sufficient strength in the pulling direction, so that there is a problem that the shredded fur is torn when twisted, or the durability of the fur product is impaired.

[0005] Further, a method of knitting a fur thread like a wool into a fur product has been conventionally studied, but the diameter of the conventional fur thread is as large as about 5 to 8 mm.
It is too thick to use a knitting machine. Therefore, there is no other way than to knit a conventional fur yarn by hand knitting, it takes a lot of manpower and manufacturing man-hours to mass-produce, It was virtually impossible to produce industrially.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for producing a fur thread, comprising cutting a plurality of fur fabrics cut into rectangles, stretched in a direction perpendicular to the flow of hair with moisture, and dried. A long fur fabric is sewn together along the direction of the flow of hair, and cuts in parallel along the flow direction of the hair at the required intervals, leaving the edges of the required width from the front and rear ends without cutting. The front and rear edges are shifted by the width of the cut line and sewn together to form an annular fur fabric, and the edge left uncut before cutting is cut along the cut line to form one piece. It is characterized in that the fur is cut into long pieces, and the fur is soaked with moisture, stretched in the longitudinal direction, twisted so that the face of the hair is exposed, and then dried.

<A: Widening Step> The fur cloth 1 cut into a rectangular shape is sprayed with water to give moisture to the fur cloth, and left for about 30 minutes to allow moisture to adjust (FIG. 1 (a)). The fur fabric 1 that has become flexible due to the familiarity of the moisture is placed on one of the right and left side edges (the right edge in the figure) with a staple 2a or the like with the flow direction of hair (the direction from the head of the fur animal to the tail) as the front and back. It is fixed on a work board 3 such as a wooden board using a fixture, and the other side edge (the left side edge in the figure) is pulled to expand the fur cloth in the width direction to widen the width (FIG. 1 (b)).

With the fur fabric 1 widened, an unfixed side edge (left edge in the figure) is also fixed on the work board 3 with staples 2b. At this time, since the wrinkles 4 are generated in the lateral direction of the fur cloth, the fur cloth 1 is pulled back and forth to extend the wrinkles (FIG. 1 (c)). With the wrinkles 4 stretched, the front and rear edges of the fur cloth 1 are also fixed on the work plate 3 with staples 2c and 2d, and left as it is to air dry naturally (FIG. 1 (d)).

By the above-described widening step, the fur cloth 1 is widened and its front and rear lengths are reduced. For example, fur fabric 1
Is 15cm in width and 50cm in length before and after the mink fur, the width is expanded by about 20% and 18cm
The length is reduced by about 20% to about 40 cm.
The fur fabric that has been air-dried after being temporarily moistened in this step is slightly harder than the fur fabric before processing, and is easily cut when shredded.

<B: Connecting Step> When the fur cloth 1 having four sides fixed in the widening step is dried, the staples 2a,
2b, 2c, and 2d are removed, and a plurality of fur fabrics are arranged side by side and stitched to form a long fabric 5 (FIG. 2). The number of fur fabrics 1 to be sewn is, for example, about 10 to 13 to obtain fur yarn for one short coat from mink fur (15 cm in width and 40 cm in length before processing) of the size described above.

Next, the long cloth 5 is folded in two so that the hair surface is on the inside, and the edges 5a and 5b are engaged with each other, and the edges of the edges 5a and 5b are connected to each other in the above-described connection step. Similarly, the fabric is sewn so as to wind the edge with the sewing thread 6 to form an annular fabric (FIG. 6). At this time, as shown in FIG.
5b is sewn by shifting the width W1 (3 mm in this embodiment) of one shredded fur in the width direction of the fabric.

Next, for example, a ring-shaped long cloth 5 is hung on a rod 8 suspended from the ceiling and provided horizontally at an appropriate height so that the edges 5a and 5b face down, and cut first. The edges 5a and 5b are cut along the cut 7 (FIG. 8).
By doing so, the long cloth 5 becomes a long shredded fur wound spirally around the rod 8.

<D: Twisting Step> The shredded fur 9 is moistened to make it soft (FIG. 9 (a)). At this time, if water is contained in a water retaining material such as sponge or sponge, and the back side (the surface without hair) of the shredded fur is applied to the water retaining material to give moisture, the hair 9a does not get wet. When twisting the shredded fur, hair can be prevented from getting caught. It is preferable to add a softening agent such as amino silicone modification to the water absorbed by the shredded fur 9. Even if the fur has a lot of fat and is not easily absorbed by water itself, adding a softener makes it easier for moisture to be absorbed by the fur, and also makes the fur more flexible and easy to twist. Become.

Next, the shredded fur 9 that has become soft by absorbing moisture is stretched in the longitudinal direction (FIG. 9B). By doing so, the fur tissue that has been stretched in the width direction in the above-described widening step returns to its original state, and the width of the shredded fur shrinks (in FIG. 9, shrinks from width W1 to width W2) and extends in the longitudinal direction. At this time, since the longitudinal direction of the shredded fur is the same as the direction from the head to the tail of the fur animal, that is, the direction of the fiber structure of the fur, sufficient tensile strength in the longitudinal direction can be obtained. In the case of minced fur with a width of 3 mm using mink fur, it is reduced to about 2 mm by stretching in the longitudinal direction, and the length is extended by about 30%.

While pulling the shredded fur 9 in the longitudinal direction, the fur 9a is twisted so that the surface of the fur 9a is turned to a fur thread 10 (FIG. 9 (c)). When the above-mentioned mink fur is used, a fur thread having a diameter D of about 1 mm can be obtained by twisting the shredded fur. The fur thread 10 is wound up as it is around the bobbin 11 or the like and dried to give a twisting habit so that the twist is not loosened (FIG. 9 (d)).

The fur yarn 10 constructed as described above can be knitted alternately with a yarn other than the fur yarn such as the wool 11, as shown in FIG. 10, to obtain a fur product such as an overcoat or a shawl. In the figure, the hairs 9a are shown short and sparsely so that the state of the stitches can be easily understood, but actually the hairs are long (in the case of mink fur, 3 to 5 cm).
It is dense and the hair covers the entire surface and the stitch condition is not visible from the surface.

Further, the fur thread 10 may be knitted alone to form a fur product. In this case, the fur is denser and a high quality fur product can be obtained.

Since the method for producing a fur thread according to the present invention has the above-described structure, the following effects can be obtained. In the method of the present invention, in a state in which the fur fabric is laterally deformed by stretching the fur fabric in the lateral width direction, the fabric is finely cut so that the front and rear of the fabric are in the longitudinal direction. By pulling in the direction to return the fabric texture to its original state, the width of the shredded fur is made smaller than at the time of shredding, so that a shredded fur smaller in width than the conventional one can be easily obtained. be able to. Therefore, the fur thread obtained by twisting the shredded fur has a smaller diameter, and is lighter and more flexible than conventional fur threads.

Further, the fur yarn of the present invention is used by cutting fur fabric into fine pieces along the flow direction of hair (the direction from the head to the tail of the fur animal), so that the longitudinal direction of the fur thread is the fiber structure of the fur fabric. , The tensile strength is sufficiently obtained, and a highly durable fur thread can be manufactured.
