受の前端開口部より嵌入された弁座と、前記バネ受内に
組み込まれて前記弁棒を前方に付勢する弁バネとを備え
た、液状体の筆記具または塗布用器具におけるバルブ装
置において、 前記弁座の内周には、前記外鍔部が前記弁口から離脱し
て前記弁棒が所定量後退するまでの間、前記外鍔部より
も前方位置で前記弁棒の外周に摺接する第1のシール突
起を設けると共に、 前記弁棒の前部外周には、前記所定量後退した弁棒がさ
らに後退した後に前記第1のシール突起との間で隙間を
形成して前記バネ受内の液状体を前方に吐出させる段差
部を設け、 前記バネ受の後端開口部の内周には、前記外鍔部が前記
弁口から離脱した後に前記弁棒の外周に摺接する第2の
シール突起を設けると共に、前記弁棒の後部には、少な
くとも前記外鍔部が前記弁口に当接した状態において液
状体を前記バネ受内に導入するための一つ以上の導入溝
を設けたことを特徴とする液状体の筆記具または塗布用
