本発明は、筆記具、化粧具等の液体塗布具の尾端ノック構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、インクを直に軸筒内に貯蔵した筆記具や、マニキュア液等の液体化粧料を軸筒内に貯蔵した化粧具等の液体塗布具では、インクやマニキュア液等の吐出量を制御する等の目的で軸筒内部に弁装置が装着されることが多い。この弁の開閉用のノツク機構の一つとしては、軸筒に蛇腹軸部を設け、その蛇腹軸部のスクイズ性を利用して軸方向にノックできるようにしたものがある(実開昭62−109980号公報、実公平6−18616号公報参照)。

例えば前記実公平6−18616号公報に示される従来の弁装置は、蛇腹軸部の内面から軸筒内を前方に延びる細径パイプと、この細径パイプの先端に連結された弁棒と、この弁棒に設けられたテーパ状の段部に当接して軸筒内を密閉し、かつ、弁棒が前方へ移動したときには前記段部が離脱する弁座と、弁棒の段部の前面に後端が当接して弁棒を後方に付勢する弁バネと、弁バネの前端を受けると共に中央部に塗布液孔を有するバネ受とから主に構成されている。

この弁装置によれば、使用者は、蛇腹軸部を前方に押圧して細径パイプを介して弁棒を前方に移動させることで、弁棒の段部と弁座との間および塗布液孔を介して、塗布液をペン芯に供給できる。一方、蛇腹軸部が使用者の押圧力から解放されると、弁バネの付勢力により弁棒が後方に移動し、段部と弁座とが当接して軸筒内は密閉される。

しかしながら、前記従来の液体塗布具においては、組み立て時に細径パイプが軸筒内で傾斜した場合、蛇腹軸部の内面の中央に細径パイプの後端を位置させることが難しく、また細径パイプの後端を蛇腹軸部の内面の中央に位置させても、ノック操作時に細径パイプの後端が蛇腹軸部の内面でずれる恐れもある。

本発明は、前記従来の問題点に鑑みてなされたものであって、組み立て時に連結部材の後端を容易にノック部の中央に位置させると共に、連結部材の後端部をノック部に確実に保持させる筆記具、化粧具等の液体塗布具の尾端ノック構造を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、前記目的を達成するため、次のような構成を有する。
すなわち、本発明は、塗布液を内部に貯蔵する軸筒と、該軸筒の尾端に設けられたノック部と、該ノック部に連動する連結部材とを備え、前記ノック部を軸方向にノックすることにより、前記連結部材を介して内部に設けられた弁を開放させてペン先から塗布液を流出させるようにしたもので、前記ノック部は、前記尾端を塞ぎかつノック操作時に復元可能に変形する弾性体を有し、前記尾端の内周面には、該内周面から内方に向けて突出した部分から軸方向少なくとも一側に向けて屈曲した突起部が全周に亙って合成樹脂材料で一体成形され、前記弾性体は、その外周縁部が前記突起部を密着状態で把持するように、弾性材料で成形され、該弾性体の略中央位置に、前記連結部材の後端部と嵌合する先方に開放した凹部が形成されると共に、該凹部の前部に、組み立て時に前記軸筒内に前記連結部材が先方から挿入されたときに該連結部材の後端部を前記凹部の中央位置に誘導する斜面が形成された筆記具、化粧具等の液体塗布具の尾端ノック構造であって、前記尾端の内周面に形成された突起部には、環状の斜面が形成され、前記弾性体は、前記突起部の成形後に、前記凹部の前部に形成される斜面を前記突起部の環状の斜面と面一で且つ連続的な斜面に形成するようにしたことを特徴とする筆記具、化粧具等の液体塗布具の尾端ノック構造である。

本発明によれば、組み立て時に連結部材を軸筒内に先方から挿入したとき、連結部材が軸筒内で軸筒の中心線に対して傾斜しても、連結部材は、前記凹部の前部に形成された斜面によって該凹部に誘導される。したがって、組み立て時に容易にノック部の中央に連結部材の後端を位置させることができるようになる。また、連結部材の後端部が前記凹部に嵌合するので、連結部材はノック操作時であってもノック部に確実に保持されるようになる。

第1実施形態の筆記具は、図1に示すように、インク(塗布液の一例)を内部に貯蔵する軸筒1を備えた筆記具であって、尾端に設けられたノック部27を軸方向にノックすることにより、内部に設けられた弁を開放させてペン先から塗布液を流出させるものである。

軸筒1の内周面には、該内周面から内方に向けて突出し、さらに該突出した部分から軸方向後側(尾端側)に屈曲した突起部1bが全周に亙って一体成形される。突起部1bは、断面略L字状を呈すると共に、その前端面には、軸筒1の内周面から後方に傾斜した円環状の斜面48が形成されている。また、軸筒1の突起部1bよりも先方の内周面は、該内周面を形成する金型のコアを先方に離型可能とする形状となっている。すなわち、軸筒1の突起部1bよりも先方の内周面は、略同一の内径寸法で構成されていて、段部の無い円筒面となっている。なお、前記先軸9と軸筒1との固定手段については、先軸9の外周面を軸筒1の内周面に圧入する固定手段、先軸9の外周面と軸筒1の内周面とを超音波溶着する固定手段、先軸9の外周面に雄ネジを形成し軸筒1の内周面に雌ネジを形成して両者を螺合する固定手段、先軸9の内周面に雌ネジを形成し、軸筒1の外周面に雄ネジを形成して両者を螺合する固定手段等の中から適宜に選択可能である。

弾性体28は、その外周縁部31Bが突起部1bを密着状態で把持するように、突起部1bの成形後に弾性材料で成形される。また、弾性体28は、その略中央位置に形成されかつ前記細径パイプ7の後端部と嵌合する凹部49を備える。凹部49は、先方に開放した断面略円形の袋状のものである。この凹部49の前部には、組み立て時に軸筒1内に細径パイプ7が先方から挿入されたときに細径パイプ7の後端部を凹部49の中央位置に誘導する斜面50が形成されている。斜面50は、図2に示すように、前記突起部1bの環状の斜面48と面一に形成された前側斜面50aと、この前側斜面50aの後側に形成されると共に前側斜面50aよりも軸方向に近い傾斜角度を持つ後側斜面50bとから構成される。このように構成された弾性体28は、二色成形機によって、軸筒1の成形後に軸筒1内に弾性材料で異種成形される。なお、弾性体28はエラストマー等のゴム材からなる。
