Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote supervisory system capable of perfectly separating a speech signal and a supervisory signal transmitted through a single communication line from each other without any the omission of a supervisory control signal. SOLUTION: In a master station 1, at the time of generating the supervisory control signal, a cell forming and separating part 12 adds a prescribed header to data to prepare a cell for monitor control and stores it in a memory 13, and on the other hand a cell forming and separating part 16 prepares the voice signal digital-encoded by a voice digital conversion part 15 receiving the voice of telephone to be a voice cell and stores it in a memory 17. A branch insertion part 18 reads out the cell for monitor control or the voice cell stored in the memory 13 or 17 by preferring the voice cell to the cell for supervisory control to output to an opposite station, and on the other hand, sorts cells received from the opposite station into cells for supervisory control or voice cells to output the cell for supervisory control to the memory 13 and the voice cells to the memory 17. The cell forming and separating parts 12 and 16 separates a signal. A slave station 2 is also provided with the same function.

In the above-mentioned conventional distant monitoring system, the voice signal recognition circuit of the monitoring station recognizes the voice signal input to and output from the voice circuit for the meeting telephone and notifies the signal switching circuit to monitor and control. The request for supervisory control information sent by the signal circuit is interrupted. According to this configuration, since the request for the supervisory control information is interrupted after recognizing the voice signal, the tail of the request signal being transmitted is lost, the voice signal and the supervisory control signal coexist temporarily on the communication channel, There is a problem that the response of the information requested by the monitoring station may be lost or the like occurs, and a means for avoiding a failure caused by this is needed.

Further, one of the concrete means provided by the present invention is that the communication line is a dedicated digital line, and when a supervisory control signal is generated in each of the master station and the slave station,
A supervisory control cell forming / separating unit that extracts and outputs a supervisory control signal from the received supervisory control cell while creating and temporarily storing a supervisory control cell by adding a predetermined header to short fixed-length data and a meeting A voice-to-digital converter that encodes and outputs a digital code when receiving a voice from a telephone, and decodes an input voice signal to output as voice, and a voice encoded from the voice-to-digital converter The signal is formed into short fixed-length data, a predetermined header is added to create a voice cell for temporary storage, and the voice signal is separated from the received voice cell to separate the voice signal from the voice digital conversion unit. Output to the voice cell formation / separation unit, the supervisory control cell formation / separation unit, and either one of the supervisory control cell and the voice cell created by the voice cell formation / separation unit, and monitors the voice cell. While taking priority over the control cell and outputting it to the other station, the cell received from the other station is classified into a supervisory control cell and a voice cell and the supervisory control cell is formed in the supervisory control cell formation separation unit. , And the add / drop unit that outputs the voice cells to the voice cell forming / separating unit.

The monitoring control signal circuit 11 sends a control signal for controlling the monitoring of the slave station 2, and receives a monitoring signal of the monitoring result from the slave station 2 and sends it to a display section (not shown) for display. The monitoring control signal circuit 21 receives a control signal from the master station, and returns the result of monitoring based on the control signal by the monitoring signal. From here, the control signal and the supervisory signal will be generically described as the supervisory control signal.

The add / drop unit 18, 28 outputs the output readys of the supervisory control cell memories 13, 23 and the voice cell memories 17, 27 to the supervisory control cell memory 13, normally.
・ Priority is given to the audio cell memories 17 and 27 over 23, and the cell data with output ready turned on is read and sent to the dedicated digital line 3, while the header of the cell data received from the dedicated digital line 3 is analyzed. Then, the supervisory control cell or the voice cell is identified, the supervisory control cell is written in the supervisory control cell memories 13 and 23, and the voice cell is written in the voice cell memories 17 and 27. As a result, in the supervisory control cell, the output ready of the voice cell memories 17 and 27 is in the OFF state, and the supervisory control cell memory 13
Only when the output ready 23 is turned on, the data is read by the add / drop units 18 and 28 and sent to the dedicated digital line 3.

When the output readys of the supervisory control cell and the voice cell are turned on at the same time, the voice cell is normally prioritized and the add / drop unit 18
When the output ready of the voice cell is turned on while the supervisory control cell is already being transmitted, the voice cell remains stored in the voice cell memory 17/27. It is waited in the state of, and is transmitted after the transmission of the monitoring control cell is completed.

Further, although it has been described that the voice cells are stored and stored in the voice cell memory of the FIFO system, the voice cell forming / separating unit has only two buffer memories for alternately writing and reading, and one of the voice cells is provided. If there is a voice cell, the stored voice cell is transmitted with priority over the supervisory control cell, and when the voice cell transmission time comes while the supervisory control cell is transmitting, this head voice cell is discarded. The subsequent voice cells may be continuously transmitted. In this case, only the first voice cell for a short time is discarded, so that it does not matter for the call.

In addition, when either one of the supervisory control signal and the voice signal is transmitted to the communication line, the voice cell is generated by the voice signal, so that the voice cell is transmitted with priority over the supervisory control cell by the supervisory control signal. 3. A distant monitoring system in which a remote station and a master station for monitoring and controlling the remote station are monitored and controlled via one communication line, and a teleconference is performed by telephone. The line is a dedicated digital line, and when a supervisory control signal is generated in each of the master station and slave stations, a predetermined header is added to the data of a short fixed length to create a supervisory control cell and temporarily stored. On the other hand, when receiving the voice of the conference call and the supervisory control cell formation separation unit that extracts and outputs the supervisory control signal from the received supervisory control cell,
An audio digital conversion unit that decodes an input encoded audio signal and outputs the audio while encoding and outputting the encoded digital audio signal, and a short fixed-length unit that receives the encoded audio signal from the audio digital conversion unit A voice cell forming / separating unit that forms a voice cell by adding a predetermined header to the data, temporarily stores the voice cell, and separates the encoded voice signal from the received voice cell to output to the voice digital converting unit. And one of the supervisory control cell and the voice cell created by the supervisory control cell formation / separation unit and the voice cell formation / separation unit, the voice cell is taken out prior to the supervisory control cell, and the other station On the other hand, the cell received from the other station is classified into a supervisory control cell and a voice cell, and the supervisory control cell is formed in the supervisory control cell forming / separating unit, and the other voice cell is formed in the voice cell. Remote monitor system, characterized in that it comprises a drop unit that outputs the separated portion.
