Bacteria generally consist of prokaryotic cells and multiply when cells divide. On the other hand, the antibacterial mechanism by the antibacterial agent is considered to be killing of bacteria by bactericidal active oxygen generated in the vicinity of the antibacterial agent, dysfunction of the cell membrane of the bacteria and destruction of the cell membrane by the antibacterial agent, and the antibacterial effect is very close to that of the bacteria or It is considered to be achieved by placing an antibacterial agent at a position where it contacts bacteria. For example, a large amount of antibacterial agent is kneaded into a resin, and a slight part of the material is exposed on the surface of the resin to exert an effect.

However, in the storage box for the wrap film, when the antibacterial agent is kneaded into the paperboard of the base material, the antibacterial agent is covered with the surface decorative layer and does not come into direct contact with bacteria and has no antibacterial effect. When it is attempted to include an antibacterial agent in the surface decorative layer, generally, the antibacterial agent is usually a fine powder in which an antibacterial component is supported on a porous body, and it is difficult to uniformly disperse the antibacterial agent in the ink. By disposing the antibacterial agent in the white clay layer obtained by solidifying clay with a binder (adhesive), the antibacterial agent is buried in the binder, and the antibacterial effect is significantly reduced.

On the other hand, according to the storage box of the present invention having a layered structure typified by FIG. 1 (A), it is not possible to use a conventional mount having a structure in which the surface decorative layer S overlaps the paperboard P. Further, the antibacterial property is exhibited by covering the surface decorative layer S further with a crosslinkable polyester acrylate resin layer containing an antibacterial agent. Further, the significance of forming the crosslinkable resin layer into two layers shown in FIG. 1B is that the resin layer for antibacterial property is expressed by the thinned crosslinkable polyester-based acrylate resin layer T. The thickness of the crosslinkable resin layer that is sufficient to enhance the conventional required performance such as abrasion resistance is covered by the entire crosslinkable resin layer, which is the sum of the T layer and the T'layer, and the conventional required performance and effective It is intended to impart both antibacterial properties.

The crosslinkable polyester-based acrylate resin thin film layer of the present invention is one in which a crosslinkable polyester-based acrylate resin is selected as a base resin from among many types of crosslinkable acrylate-based resins. The first reason for selecting the polyester acrylate is that the antibacterial properties of the resin base material itself are superior to those of other resins. That is, if this is replaced with, for example, a polyurethane acrylate, an epoxy acrylate or a polyol acrylate, it is difficult to obtain the target antibacterial effect.

The second reason for selecting the polyester acrylate is that the thinning of 3 μm or less can be realized in the state of uniform wall thickness, and the fixing of the antibacterial agent is highly uniform. You can Therefore, if you replace this with, for example, an alkyd acrylate,
The target uniformity of antibacterial agent fixation cannot be obtained. Crosslinking of crosslinkable polyester-based acrylate resin is UV irradiation,
It can be performed by electron beam irradiation, heat beam irradiation, or the like. Of these, crosslinking by irradiation with ultraviolet rays is desirable because the apparatus to be installed is inexpensive and easy to handle.

As a secondary effect of covering the surface decorative layer further with a resin thin film layer, the water resistance, abrasion resistance, slipperiness, folding resistance, etc. of the box itself are better than those of commercially available boxes. It is to raise. For example, when the white clay layer is a surface decorative layer, water resistance is improved, and when the ink layer is a surface decorative layer, abrasion resistance and folding resistance are significantly improved.

The thickness of the crosslinkable resin thin film layer as a whole (T or T + T ′) is 0.2 to 5.0 μm.
A thin film layer having a thickness of less than 0.2 μm is liable to be cracked and chipped, and a thin film layer having a thickness of more than 5.0 μm is unlikely to have a uniform thickness. The layer thickness is preferably 0.2 to 3.0 μm from the viewpoint of enhancing both of the above. As shown in FIG. 1 (B), the resin thin film layer efficiently exposes the antibacterial agent in the vicinity of the surface, and the water resistance, abrasion resistance, slipperiness,
You may make it multilayered for the purpose of ensuring folding endurance. In that case, at least the outermost surface preferably has a thickness of 0.2 to 3.
The crosslinkable polyester-based acrylate resin layer T containing 0 μm of the antibacterial agent is used, and the thickness of the crosslinkable resin layer corresponding to T ′ is preferably 1.0 to 2.0 μm. For the crosslinkable resin layer corresponding to T ′, it is preferable to use a crosslinkable polyester acrylate resin in consideration of the affinity with the T layer. or,
To the resin forming the crosslinkable resin thin film layer, in addition to a neutral surfactant and a neutralizing agent, a small amount (5% by weight or less) of various auxiliaries such as antibacterial agent dispersibility improving and coating property improving is added. May be.

It is well known that this kind of antibacterial agent prevents the growth of bacteria and mold spores and has an odor and mold prevention effect. In particular, as an effective antibacterial agent for a storage box, it is preferable to employ a pyridine-based agent having excellent antibacterial properties against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and the like existing around the kitchen.
Although these antibacterial agents may be the antibacterial components themselves, many of them are supported on a porous material such as silica gel, phosphate, zeolite, apatite or the like for the purpose of sustaining the antibacterial effect.

The average particle size of the antibacterial agent (the particle size of the porous material supported on the porous material) is 0.2 to 5.0 μm. It is preferably 0.2 to 3.0 μm. The reason is that if the particles of the added antibacterial agent are completely buried in the resin thin film layer, or if the particles of the added antibacterial agent largely protrude from the resin thin film layer, they fall off from the resin thin film layer during use of the box and the antibacterial effect disappears. That is, it is preferable that the average particle diameter of the antibacterial agent and the thickness of the resin thin film layer are substantially the same.

The content of the antibacterial agent (the content of the material supported on the porous body including the porous body) is determined by the antibacterial performance of the antibacterial agent. Usually, it is 0.3 to 5.0% by weight, preferably 0.3 to 1.0% by weight. If it is less than 0.3% by weight, the antibacterial performance is not sufficient, and if it exceeds 5.0% by weight, it is difficult to uniformly disperse it with the resin and the antibacterial uniformity is not sufficient.

The portion on which the resin thin film layer is applied is the entire 6 outer surfaces including the front plate 1, the bottom plate 2, the rear plate 3, the lid plate 4, the cover lid piece 5, the side plate 8 and the side cover lid piece 11 in FIG. However, it is also possible to apply a resin thin film layer containing no antibacterial agent to a portion which is less likely to be touched directly by the local bonding portion 9.
Etc. may not be provided with a resin thin film layer. The paperboard used in the present invention is a thick paper having a thickness of about 0.35 to 1.5 mm. Generally, the thicker the paper, the higher the rigidity, the strength and the strength of the box, but the folding process becomes difficult. Thickness 0.3
A relatively thin paperboard within a range of 5 to 0.8 mm (basis weight of 310 to 550 g / m 2 ) is adopted.
