The center of the bottom portion a3 of the main molding a is a core material d.
It is also possible to make it project to the 1 side as a projecting portion a5. That is, as shown in FIG. 7, when the door d is manufactured, the core material d1 is retracted from the end surface of the surface material d2 at the opening to remove the core material d.
1 and the surface material d2, when a step is provided as an adhesive reservoir, by projecting the center of the bottom portion a3 of the main molding a to form a projection a5, the projection a of the main molding a is formed.
5 rides on the core material d1, and the non-protruding portion of the bottom portion a3 (surface material receiving portion) covers the end portion of the surface material d2, so that the main molding a is stable and does not shift in the front and back direction of the door d. Can be fixed.

Another advantage of the molding of the present invention is that before the surface material d2 is attached to the core material d1 assembled into the core to form a flash structure, the bottom portion a3 of the molding a or the inner portion of the opening portion of the core material d1 is previously formed. The protruding portion a5 is fixed with an adhesive or a tacker, and the core material d1 and the surface material d2 are flushed by aligning the end portion of the surface material d2 with the end portion of the bottom portion a3 of the main molding a or the surface material receiving portion a6. In this case, the end portion or the surface material receiving portion a61 serves as a jig for positioning the surface material d2 with respect to the core material d1, and the position is not displaced between the core material d1 and the surface material d2. It is possible to accommodate the molding with good appearance without making a gap between the surface material b2 of No. 2 and the surface material receiving portion a52 of the molding a.

It can be flashed, and there is no possibility that the surface material d2 is displaced near the opening and the appearance is deteriorated.
