Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable execution of an expected hot-dip plating processing for a pipe member with no need to execute a troublesome finishing processing such as tapping, and thereby to enable efficient and inexpensive manufacture thereof and also attainment of excellent corrosion resistance and fine external appearance. SOLUTION: A nut 20 is inserted and fitted removable inside a pipe member 10 in a mode wherein it aligns the axis and regulates movement in the axial direction and the direction around the axis, and a movable screw shaft 30 inserted from an end part of the pipe member 10 is screwed in the nut 20 and made movable in relation to the pipe member 10 with its rotation around the axis. A bolt 40 for fixation on the building frame side, which can be connected to a building 1, is fitted to the pipe member 10, while a clamp 50 being connectable to a temporary scaffold 2 is fitted to the movable screw shaft 30.

On the other hand, the conventional wall connecting metal fitting (3) is
The nut (3b) is welded and fixed to the pipe member (3a). However, when the metal fitting (3) is manufactured, if complicated work such as nut welding is performed after the plating treatment, the production line can be smoothly operated. Since the flow is hindered, it is customary to actually weld the nut (3b) to the pipe member (3a), and then subject this nut-equipped pipe member (3a) to the above-mentioned hot dip plating method to finish it. Has become.

However, if the pipe member (3a) is plated with the nut (3b) still attached, the nut (3
The thread groove of b) is buried by the coating during plating,
The forward / backward screw shaft (3d) cannot be screwed onto the nut (3b). For this reason, it is necessary to perform tapping on the screw holes of the nut (3b) after plating, which impedes the smooth flow of the production line, resulting in a decrease in production efficiency and an increase in cost. To do.

By the way, in the conventional wall connecting metal fittings,
The end of the pipe member (the end on the advancing / retreating screw shaft side) is drawn, and a thread groove is engraved on the inner circumference of the narrow diameter portion of that end, and the advancing / retreating screw shaft is screwed directly to the pipe member. It is also used. However, also in this type of wall joining metal fitting, the same as the above, the thread groove is buried by the hot dipping treatment, and complicated tapping treatment or the like must be performed in the finishing step after the plating treatment, and the same problem as described above occurs. If the pipe member or the like of the wall connecting metal fitting is treated by electroplating or the like, the coating is thin, so that it is not necessary to perform tapping treatment or the like in the finishing treatment.
Since the electroplating method is inferior in corrosion resistance and aesthetics,
This electroplating method is not particularly preferable for wall tie fittings and the like.

As described above, according to the wall connecting metal fitting for temporary scaffolding of the present invention, since the nut is removably inserted in the pipe member, in the plating process,
After treating the pipe member by the hot dip plating method alone,
A nut can be inserted and attached to the pipe member. Therefore, the thread groove of the nut is not buried by the plating process, and it is not necessary to perform a troublesome tapping process or the like after the plating process. Therefore, the finishing process can be easily performed correspondingly, and the manufacturing can be efficiently and inexpensively performed. Further, since the pipe member can be treated by the desired hot dip plating method, there is an effect that excellent corrosion resistance and good appearance can be obtained.
