Further, in order to eliminate the double floor structure which requires complicated work as much as possible, and therefore, to shorten the length of the above-mentioned horizontal pipe as much as possible, a vertical drain pipe is arranged in the vicinity of the utility equipment. The structure is also being implemented. However, with this structure, it is difficult to set the arrangement relationship of the vertical drainage pipes to the utility equipment in various ways, so that there is an inconvenience that the degree of freedom of the plane plan such as the arrangement of living rooms in each dwelling unit is restricted. Also, when there are multiple utility facilities, in order to minimize the length of the horizontal piping described above, a plurality of vertical drain pipes are provided, and the vertical drain pipes are arranged near each utility facility. It has been implemented. However, since the number of vertical drainage pipes increases in this structure, the space occupied by the pipe space etc. for storing vertical drainage pipes in each dwelling unit becomes large, and the degree of freedom in plan plans such as the layout of living rooms in each dwelling unit is increased. Is even more constrained.

A drainage facility 50 different from that of the above-described embodiment
Will be described. For example, as shown in FIG. 6, dirty water from the utility facility 16 is pressure-fed to the transport pipe 19 via the pressure pump 17, and is drained to the vertical drain pipe 15 through the transport pipe 19. By the way, a floor board 51 is installed in each dwelling unit 6 to form a double floor space, and the transport pipe 19 is arranged so as to pass through the double floor space. In the drainage facility 50 configured as described above, the wastewater is pumped to the transport pipe 19 via the pressure pump 17, so that the transport pipe 19 does not need a natural gradient. That is, there is an advantage that the vertical width of the double-floor space can be small because the natural gradient is not required for the transport pipe 19. As yet another embodiment, since the transport pipe 19 does not need a natural gradient, the transport pipe 19 may be embedded in the floor slab 3 (not shown).

As described above, the first aspect of the present invention has the slabs such as a plurality of slabs 3 provided in the upper and lower layers, and the floor space 5 is provided between the vertically adjacent slabs.
And the like, and a plurality of dwelling units such as dwelling units 6 and a common corridor 7, and an alcove section 1 are formed in the respective floor spaces.
A common area such as 0 is provided in the form of partitioning between adjacent dwelling units and between adjacent dwelling units and the common area via a predetermined partition member such as the partition wall 8, the partition wall 9, and the pillar 2a. A ceiling plate member such as a ceiling plate 12 is provided in a dwelling unit in a form in which an under-ceiling space such as a ceiling space 13 is formed between the ceiling plate member and an upper slab of the dwelling unit, and a utility facility is provided in each dwelling unit. In an apartment house such as a condominium 1 in which utility facilities such as 16 are installed, there are a plurality of vertical drain pipes such as a vertical drain pipe 15 vertically penetrating the plurality of slabs, and each vertical drain pipe is In each of the floor spaces, a corner area 1 adjacent to the partition member in a shape corresponding to each of the dwelling units
0a, wall area 25, corner area 26, etc., respectively, and the utility equipment of each dwelling unit receives the wastewater discharged from the utility equipment, and can pump the received wastewater to the outside. A form in which sewage pressure pumps such as pumps 17 are provided respectively, and the sewage pressure pumps and the vertical drain pipes are connected between the sewage pressure pumps of the respective dwelling units and the vertical drain pipes arranged corresponding to the dwell units. A waste water transport pipe such as a transport pipe 19 is provided in the above, and the waste water transport pipe is arranged so as to pass through the space above the ceiling inside the corresponding dwelling unit. To drain the wastewater from the utility equipment to the outside, the wastewater discharged from the utility equipment is received by the wastewater pressure pump, and the received wastewater is pumped to the wastewater transportation pipe. Through the tube transporting discharged into a vertical discharge pipe, then to be discharged to the outside of the sewer pipe or the like through the 該竪 drainage pipe soil water. In other words, since the pressure of the wastewater pump is used to transport the wastewater between the utility equipment and the vertical drainage pipe, it is possible to omit the means for transporting the wastewater with a natural gradient as in the conventional horizontal piping. it can. That is, since the horizontal pipes and the like that have a restriction on the pipe slope are omitted as much as possible, and instead, the sewage pressure pump and the sewage water transfer pipe that have no restrictions on the pipe slope are adopted, so that the sewage water transfer pipe and the like are stored and arranged. Since there is no need for an underfloor space due to the conventional double-floor structure, therefore, it is possible to minimize the necessity of performing a complicated work such as a double-floor structure on the floor side of each dwelling unit when installing drainage equipment. Further, in the present invention, the space above the ceiling is effectively used for housing and disposing the wastewater transport pipe. Further, in the present invention, since the double floor structure is not required to house the sewage pump and the sewage transport pipe between the utility facility and the vertical drain pipe, the distance between the utility facility and the vertical drain pipe is not required. The double-floor structure of each dwelling unit does not increase or decrease due to the difference in the positional relationship, and therefore, the layout relationship of the vertical drainage pipes with respect to the utility equipment can be variously set without inconvenience. That is, it is possible to improve the degree of freedom of the planar plan such as the arrangement of living rooms in each dwelling unit. On the contrary, vertical drainage pipes can be installed at positions that are easy to implement, and a plan that meets the needs of residents can be realized. Further, in the present invention, as described above, it is possible to omit the conventional horizontal piping, etc. as much as possible, thereby reducing the double floor structure as much as possible, for example, even when there are a plurality of utility equipment in each dwelling unit. As in the prior art, it is not necessary to arrange one vertical drain pipe near each utility facility to shorten the length of the horizontal pipe and reduce the double floor structure. Therefore, according to the present invention, one vertical drainage pipe and a plurality of utility facilities are connected by a wastewater transportation pipe or the like without inconvenience of increasing the double floor structure of each dwelling unit as much as possible. Since the number of pipes can be kept as small as possible, the space occupied by the pipe space for storing vertical drainage pipes in each dwelling unit will be as small as possible, and the degree of freedom in plan plans such as the layout of living rooms in each dwelling unit will be improved. To be done. In the present invention,
Since the vertical drainage pipe is arranged in a region such as a wall or a vicinity of a pillar, that is, a region adjacent to the partition member, this region, which is difficult to use as a living room, is effectively used.
