Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily take out documents from a drawer. SOLUTION: A letter case is formed into such a structure as a hinge part is provided in the bottom of the tip part of a drawer, and it is bent downward, and the tips of kept documents are grasped by fingers in a state in which the tips of the kept documents appear and these easily pulled out. Thereby, the documents are grasped by fingers from the upper face and the lower face and taken out. Further, handling efficiency of the documents is improved because groping movement for inserting fingers under the documents is unnecessary.

【発明考案が解決しようとする課題及び手段】従来、事
務所等で書類の保管等に使用しているレターケースは、
一般的にＡ４サイズより少し大きめの内のり寸法が有
る。仕事中に保管された用紙の中より特定の書類を取出
す時には図−３の様に指をケースの内側に入れ更に図−
４の様に書類の下にもぐりこませなければならなかっ
た。その時ケースと書類との間隔が狭いために書類の全
体の下に入れるのが難しく底の方の２〜３枚が残ってし
まうことがあり、作業の能率を低下させていた。又、書
類の端から指を入れる時に指先で、まさぐる動作をする
ので書類の縁を折り曲げる恐れが有った。この発明は

【実施例及び効果】図−１は従来使用されているレター
ケースの引出しで有る。図−２は引出しを引出した状態
で有る。本発明は図−５、図−６の様に引出しの先端部
から少し奥に入った底の部分にヒンジを設け、先端部を
折曲げ時に、中の書類の先端が出っ張る構造とした。こ
れにより、図−６、図−７の様に書類を上面と下面から
指で挟んで速やかに取り出すことが出来る。図−４の様
に書類の下に指を入れるための、まさぐる様な動きが必
要で無くなるので書類の取扱の能率が向上する。又、指
の動きによる縁の部分の変形を無くすことが出来る。図
−５の様に引出し部を引き込めた状態では、折曲がり部
分が平らになり前方が閉じるので内部の収納書類等が外
に出ることは無い。図−５のの前面が閉じた状態は引
出しの出し入れのスライド部（図−５）のガイド効果
で保持出来る。引出しを引出した時に自重で折曲がるの
を不都合の場合には、図−８の様にロック機構を付ける
ことより、不要な時には折曲げを防ぐことが出来る。
（図−８）はロック機構の一例で有る。これを説明する
と、の板ばねの付いたフック部と相手側の突起部か
ら出来ており、全面の折曲がりが閉じることにより、フ
ックが突起に引掛かりロックされる。ロックを外す場合
