【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 リレーのようなワークを搬送する搬送手
段と、搬送されてきたワークの接点ばねに側方から開閉
用エアーを吹き付けて接点を開閉駆動する接点駆動手段
と、接点が開閉駆動されるワークに洗浄用エアーを吹き
付けて異物を吹き飛ばして洗浄する洗浄手段とを具備し
たことを特徴とするエアー洗浄装置。
