Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and securely carry out the overhead covering work by fixing a vessel such as a cup with a working wire such a wire slightly apart from the bolt and nut parts, and then filling the vessel with an anticorrosive, and by carrying out the covering and fixing work by means of the vessel while utilizing the working wire. SOLUTION: When a bolt and nut exposed at the attachedly contacting part of a steel structure or the like is subjected to corrosion preventive covering, first, a stainless steel wire 6 as a working wire is windedly fixed to the pitch part 5 of a nut 2, and then the ends of the wire are extended. After the wire 6 has been passed through the holes 9 formed in the plastic cup 8 as the vessel from inside, the ends of the wire are bundled to support the cup 8, and an anticorrosive 10 is filled. Then, the cup 8 is drawn up along the wire 6 to approach the nut 2 and the bolt 1, and the nut 2 and the bolt 1 are covered with the cup 8 respectively. The wire 6 extended outside the cup 8 is wound around a bar 11, and this is turned so that the cup 8 is pushed to the nut 2 and the bolt 1 and is fixed.

2. Description of the Related Art Generally, a large number of bolts and nuts are used for splicing parts of steel structures such as bridges and building steel frames and concrete structures. The part where these bolts and nuts are exposed in the structure is apt to rust early in an outdoor environment, and corrosion progresses from the part, which adversely affects the strength of the structure itself. The exposed bolts and nuts have been anticorrosive coated.

However, since the bolts and nuts have complicated shapes, it is difficult to obtain a sufficient amount of coating at the corners by the ordinary coating method, and voids are easily formed, resulting in poor corrosion resistance.

Therefore, the present applicant has proposed a method of covering and fixing the bolts and nuts with a container such as a plastic cup or an aluminum cup which is pre-filled with food-proof material (for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 50-14966). According to this method, it is possible to secure a sufficient amount of anti-corrosion material in the bolt portion and the nut portion by a simple work and maintain good anticorrosion property for a long time, but it is an overhead work on the bottom of the bridge girder etc. Therefore, depending on the size of the bolt or the like, there is a problem that the coating work is difficult to perform, such as when the container filled with the food-proof material is spilled when it is lifted or a void is left when the container is fixed.

Therefore, as a result of intensive studies to solve the above problems, the present inventors have found that a wire such as a wire is not filled in a container such as a cup in advance before the coating work. Use a work line such as to fix a container such as a cup slightly away from the bolts and nuts, and then fill the container with food-proof ingredients and use the work line to cover and fix the container. It was found that the above-mentioned coating can be performed simply and reliably by performing the above-mentioned work, and the present invention has been achieved.

[0006] That is, the present invention is a method of covering a bolt portion and / or a nut portion exposed in a structure with a container filled with a food-proof material, wherein a working line is provided on the bolt portion and / or the nut portion. After fixing it, and then providing a hole for passing the working wire in the container that covers the part at the bottom, and passing the wire from the inside of the container to the outside through the hole of the container, fill the container with anti-food material. Then, the bolt portion and / or the nut portion is covered with the container containing the food-proof material, and then the work line extending to the outside of the container is wound around the rod-shaped object, and the container is rotated by rotating the rod-shaped object to bolt the container containing the food-proof material. The present invention relates to an anticorrosion coating method for a bolt part and a nut part, which is characterized in that it is fixed to the nut part and / or the nut part.

In the present invention, a concave cup is suitable as the container filled with the food-proof material, for example, a plastic cup such as a polyethylene-based, polypropylene-based, polyester-based, polystyrene-based, acrylic-based, melamine-based, or urea-based cup. Aluminum cup, copper cup, stainless cup, etc. can be used. The shape of the container is not particularly limited as long as it is concave, but it is usually molded in a semi-spherical or columnar shape, and its outer diameter is about 7 mm from that of the bolt or nut part. As described above, it is desirable that the length is about 5 mm or more than that of the bolt or nut portion. A hole for passing the work line is provided at the bottom before using it for work. Adjust the size of the hole according to the thickness of the work line used.

As the anticorrosive material used in the present invention, conventionally known anticorrosion paints, sealing materials, putty materials, etc. can be used. For example, epoxy resin type, phenol resin type, polyurethane resin type, polysulfide polymer Examples thereof include two-pack type and one-pack type such as system, silicone rubber and non-drying oil. The anticorrosive material can be made into a paste by kneading a resin component with pigments, additives and the like.

Then, as shown in FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b)), a plastic cup 8 filled with the anti-corrosion material 10 is brought close to the nut 2 and the bolt 1 along the wire 6 while pulling them up. The nut 2 and the bolt 1 are covered with 8 respectively, and then the wire 6 protruding outside the cup 8 is wrapped around the rod-like object 11, and the rod-like object 11 is rotated to move the plastic cup 8 containing the food-proof material into the nut 2 and the nut 2. Press on bolt 1 to fix it. As a result, a filled state of the anti-food material without voids is obtained, and the anti-food material is left to cure in this state. When the plastic cup 8 is firmly fixed to the nut 2 and the bolt 1, respectively, the rod 6 and the wire 6 protruding outside from the cup 8 can be cut off if necessary. From the viewpoint of aesthetics, it is desirable to cut off the surface of the plastic cup 8 when the top coating of the same coating color as the steel plate 4 is applied. If necessary, the plastic cup 8 may be removed, and then the surface of the food-proof material may be overcoated.
