When removing the burr generated along the end surface t of the work W as shown in (C), the deburring work is performed manually using the knife 51 as shown in (A). Further, as a tool for chamfering the end face of a plastic pipe in a special mode, for example, a chamfering tool as shown in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 49-76193 is known. In this technique, a cutting blade of the tool is used as a pipe end. And the pipe and tool are relatively rotated about the axis by 360 degrees, so that the cutting edge chamfers the end of the pipe.

In addition, there is a problem that attention and eyesight are required to use the knife 51, and the user is very tired. That is, FIG.
As shown in (B), when using the knife 51, it is necessary to accurately maintain the angle θ with respect to the shape surface at, for example, 30 to 45 degrees. There was a risk that the cut would become deeper. And in such a case, it was a defective product. Further, in the latter chamfering tool, there is a problem in that the pipe end and the cutting blade must be rotated 360 degrees relative to each other and directly cut by human power in a state where they are in close contact with each other, which requires force. Therefore, there has been a demand for a deburring jig that can be deburred neatly by an amateur, is easy to operate, and does not require power.

Then, by moving the jig along the deburring portion while keeping the guide groove along the work end face, it is possible to remove the burr generated along the work end face. At this time, the cutting depth is constant due to the guide groove, and it can be neatly cut regardless of who works. In addition, the work is easy because it is scraped off with a rotary blade. At this time, by adjusting the shape of the guide groove to the shape of the end face of the work as in claim 2, the chamfering angle can be made more uniform, and the finish becomes more beautiful.

The position of the exposed rotary blade changes and the sharpness of the rotary blade is maintained. The positional deviation of the guide groove can be easily performed by moving the cover tube relative to the rotary blade as in the fourth aspect.

Therefore, a shielding member is provided in the vicinity of the guide groove to shield the scattered chips. Further, when the shield member is made of a transparent material as in claim 6, the guide groove and the like can be seen through the shield member, and the work of bringing the guide groove into contact with the end face of the work can be performed easily and surely.

Here, FIG. 1 is a main part view relating to the basic configuration of a deburring jig of the present invention, (A) is a side view, (B) is a front view, and FIG. 2 shows a state in which a guide groove is pressed against the end face of a work. FIG. The deburring jig 1 of the present invention is configured as, for example, a handy jig for cutting burrs formed on an end surface of a resin molded product, and as shown in FIG. 1, an air motor 2 as a drive source and an output of the air motor 2. A rotary blade 3 attached to the shaft and a housing 4 accommodating the air motor 2 and the rotary blade 3 are provided, and a tip end portion of the housing 4 has a small diameter as a guide cylinder portion 4a surrounding the rotary blade 3. The tip portion has a cylindrical shape that opens to the outside. The rotary blade 3 is a 4-blade blade or a 6-blade blade (4 blades in the embodiment), and the cutting tool diameter is, for example, 3φ to 8φ.

If it is moved along, the burr generated on the work end face t is cut off by the rotary blade 3 and a predetermined chamfered shape can be obtained. At this time, since the depth of cut is constant by the guide groove 5, the finish is beautiful, and moreover, it does not require a considerable force to scrape off, which is easy.

Is desirable. Therefore, FIG. 3 is another structural example diagram in which the transparent shielding member 6 is provided around the guide groove 5. That is, in this case, for example, an arcuate shield member 6 is provided on the outer peripheral portion of the housing 4.
Are fastened with screws 7, and this arrangement direction is a direction in which chips coming out of the guide groove 5 can be shielded. Further, since the shielding member 6 is a transparent body, for example, an operation of seeing through the shielding member 6 and applying the guide groove 5 to the work end face t can be performed without any trouble. By the way, most of the chips are hardly scattered outside and enter the inside of the guide tube portion 4a, but even if some chips enter, the tip side of the guide tube portion 4a is opened to the outside. As a result, chips do not collect in the cylinder.

In this configuration example, the housing 4 is axially displaceable with respect to the air motor 2 and the rotary blade 3, and for example, a plurality of fastening holes 8, ... Are provided at predetermined intervals along the axial direction of the housing 4. The fixing screw 9 is provided so that it can be fixed to the screw hole of the air motor 2.
When the sharpness of the rotary blade 3 deteriorates, the fastening holes 8, ...
By shifting the position of and stopping it, the position of the rotary blade 3 exposed from the guide groove 5 can be changed to maintain sharpness, and all blades can be used, which is economical.

In this configuration example, as shown in (A), a long first guide groove 12 is formed in the guide tube portion 4a, while a second guide groove 13 matching the work end face shape is formed in the adapter tube 11. After being formed, the adapter cylinder 11 is fitted into the guide cylinder portion 4a and then fixed by the fastening screw 14. Then, the adapter cylinder 11 is displaced in the axial direction and fixed, so that a new blade is always exposed and sharpness is maintained. In this configuration example, the configuration is simple because it is only necessary to move the adapter cylinder 11.

This is a configuration example in which the threaded portion 16a at the end is screwed into the threaded portion 4b at the tip of the housing 4 so as to be attachable. In this case, the sharpness can be maintained by preparing several kinds of guide cylinders 16 having different positions of the guide grooves 17 and replacing them. In this embodiment, the guide tube is provided with one guide groove, but a plurality of guide grooves having different shapes may be provided.

Apply the guide groove to the end face of the work and rotate the rotary blade,
Since the burrs are cut off by the rotary blade exposed from the guide groove, anyone can perform deburring with a clean and uniform surface shape regardless of the skill level. Moreover, it does not require much power and is easy. In addition, the guide groove can be displaced along the axis of the rotary blade, and if the sharpness of the rotary blade deteriorates, the position of the guide groove can be changed so that a new blade is always used to sharpen the rotary blade. It is economical because it can be kept and the whole blade can be used. If a shielding member is provided in the vicinity of the guide groove to shield the scattered chips, the safety of the worker can be improved. And if this is made transparent, the work is easy and reliable.
