Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply the liquid of a desired temperature set by a user in a short time by using a second heating/cooling means by providing the second heating/ cooling means in a communicating tube for leading out the liquid inside a liquid tank. SOLUTION: The second heating/cooling means 11 is provided in a first communicating tube 8 so as to set the liquid led out from a lead-out port 7 through the first communicating tube 8 to the desired temperature. A heating/ cooling amount calculation means for deciding the heating/cooling amount of the liquid passing through the first communicating tube 8 by the second heating/cooling means 11 corresponding to the product of a liquid supply amount from the lead-out port 7 by the setting of the user and a differential temperature between the temperature of the liquid inside the liquid tank 2 and the desired set temperature set by the user is provided. A second temperature detection means 5b for detecting the temperature of the liquid led out from the lead-out port 7 is provided between the second heating/cooling means 11 and the lead-out port 7.
