Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict sway of a human upper body effectively by forming fluid- filled part in a ring while being divided into right and left parts at the position of the backbone of a sitting person to eliminate the movement of a fluid between the right and left parts in a back pad cushion for a chair having therein a soft bag filled with the fluid. SOLUTION: A fluid-filled part of a fluid-containing back and cushion 1 formed by sealing a fluid in a soft bag is formed in a ring expanding two- dimensionally. The dimension of the ring is so set as to support the position behind the stomach of a sitting perform with an upper part T thereof, to support the position of the pelvis of the sitting person with the lower part B thereof and to support the back closer to both body sides of the sitting person on both sides SR and SL of the ring separately. Here, the ring-shaped filled-filled part is divided independently into right and left parts at a position along the backbone of the sitting person as border to eliminate the movement of the fluid between the right and left parts. This cushion restrict the right and left sway of a human upper body thereby reducing lumbago by the dispersion and uniformization of a supporting force on the back and the correction of the attaitude of the humn upper body.

2. Description of the Related Art Since a distribution of supporting force applied to a body can be made uniform by using a fluid as a cushion, the fluid cushion has been conventionally widely used for a rug such as a bed or a cushion. Among them, the circular seat for preventing bed rubbing of a sick person is considered to be most suitable for comparison with the present invention.

The circular seat will be described with reference to FIGS. 6 and 7. FIG. 6 is a plan view of the circular seat, and FIG. 7 is a sectional view taken along line CC of FIG. As shown in FIG. 6, the circular seat 5 is formed into one annular bag having a wide surface,
The bag is made of flexible material such as rubber or vinyl resin,
As shown in FIG. 7, an air filled portion 6 is formed inside thereof. The use of the round seat 5 is laid under the body,
Its purpose is to relieve body pain caused by body pressure.

The above-mentioned body pressure caused by the weight similarly occurs when the user sits on the chair. When it leans against the backrest of a seated person, the supporting force of the upper body is mainly concentrated on the lower back, so that the lower back is pressed and back pain is likely to occur. The low back pain is also caused by the posture of the lower back (bent shape), but it is certain that the compression is one of the causes of the low back pain.

Therefore, it is conceivable to apply the round seat 5 to a backrest of a chair. When the circular seat 5 is applied, the supporting force applied to the lumbar region is evenly distributed, so that the back pain caused by the compression is reduced. However, as a drawback, the loss of the ability to restrain the swaying of the upper body of the seated person becomes a big problem.

To explain the problem with reference to FIG. 7, when the side indicated by the arrow X, which hits one side of the annular air-filled portion 6, is pushed, the ring on the side of the arrow X is crushed and the air inside moves to the opposite side, and the arrow The ring on the side indicated by Y will be inflated. Since little resistance is generated during the series of movement of air, almost no drag is generated in the partial pressing of the ring. Therefore, when leaning against the circular seat 5, the posture stability of the upper body is lost, and it is necessary to make a particular improvement in application to a chair accompanied by shaking of a vehicle or the like.

[Function] First, the fluid-containing back cushion 1 of the present invention
Described below is the effect of suppressing the lateral vibration of the upper body of the seated person. FIG. 4 shows a horizontal section at the waist height of the seated person 3, and is an explanatory view showing the relationship among the seated person 3, the fluid-containing back cushion 1 and the backrest 4. Since the seated person 3 leans against the backrest 4 via the fluid-containing backrest cushion 1, the fluid-filled portions 2R and 2L are pushed to support the back so that the body side bulges slightly. Since the fluid filled portions 2R and 2L are formed independently on the left and right with the position of the spine 3B of the seated person 3 as a boundary, for example, when the upper body swings to the left and pressure is applied to the fluid filled portion 2L, Since the fluid inside has no moving destination, it produces a compressive drag force and suppresses the sway of the upper body. The same thing can be said when the body sways to the right, so the lateral sway of the upper body is suppressed.

Next, the fluid-containing back cushion 1 of the present invention
Will explain how to correct the sitting posture. The correct posture of the upper body is said to be a state in which the spine of the person standing upright draws a gentle S-shaped curve. However, when I sit down in a chair, my upper body becomes a bow-shaped C-shape. There are two reasons for this: tilting the pelvis backwards and bending the spine behind the stomach. The two causes are in a mutually-promoting relationship, and for example, if the pelvis tilts backward, the spine behind the stomach will be bent further.

Therefore, according to the present invention, the sitting posture is corrected by making the promoting relationship into a complementary relationship. The content thereof will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 5 is a longitudinal cross-sectional view of the seated person 3 as viewed from the side, and is an explanatory view showing the relationship among the seated person 3, the fluid-filled back cushion 1 and the backrest 4. A seated person 3 leans against a backrest 4 via a fluid-containing backrest cushion 1. Figure 5
Assuming that the pelvis 3D of the seated person 3 tilts backward from the state shown in Fig. 3, the lower part B of the fluid-containing back cushion 1 that supports the back of the seated person 3 is pushed, and the fluid in that part moves to the upper part T that supports the back of the stomach. Then inflate that part. As a result, the back of the stomach of the seated person is pushed forward, so that the backward inclination of the pelvis 3D is compensated. On the other hand, when the upper part T is pressed in the opposite direction, the lower part B on the opposite side swells and the pelvis 3D
Cause It also acts in the direction of the upper body and can compensate for the receding behind the stomach. As described above, the sitting posture is corrected by making the relationship between the pelvis and the stomach behind each other like a seesaw.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT The fluid-filled back cushion 1 of the present invention is made by enclosing a fluid in a flexible annular bag. A flexible rubber or vinyl resin is used as the material of the bag, and the bag is formed by molding or welding with a mold. A fluid such as air or water is sealed inside the bag, and it is desirable that the sealed amount be such that there is room in the bag tension.
In the practice of the present invention, it is manufactured by enclosing air. When the back cushion 1 containing fluid is sandwiched by parallel planes, the thickness of the back cushion 1 is preferably about 1.5 cm to 2.5 cm.

As shown in FIG. 1, the planar shape of the fluid-containing back cushion 1 is such that the fluid-filled portions 2R and 2L are arranged so as to be bilaterally symmetrical with the center as a boundary, so that they form one annular shape. Form. The fluid sealing parts 2R and 2L
Are formed independently of each other to prevent mutual movement of internal fluid. The boundary between the fluid-filled portions 2R and 2L is used by being aligned with the position of the spine of the seated person. The size of the back cushion 1 containing fluid is such that the diameter of the center ring is 11 cm,
The outer shape is about 34 cm in the vertical direction and about 36 cm in the horizontal direction. In the contour of the fluid-containing back cushion 1, it is preferable to avoid the portion of the seated person's liver or spleen so as not to press the seated portion.

According to the fluid-filled back cushion 1 of the present invention, the fluid enclosures 2R and 2L which are independent on the left and right of the seated person's spine are used as the boundaries. In this case, since the fluid on the compressed side has no moving destination and generates compression drag, it is possible to suppress shaking.
Moreover, since the back is symmetrical with the spine as the center, the fluid sealing portions 2R and 2L are normally placed under the same conditions on the left and right, and the fluid sealing portions 2R and 2L are formed independently. There is no harmful effect. Further, since the fluid sealing portions 2R and 2L are formed in an annular shape, the support position of the upper body can be moved to the both sides, and the swing can be suppressed more effectively.

Operation First, the operation of the fluid-containing back cushion 1 of the present invention for suppressing lateral sway of the upper body of the seated person will be described. FIG. 4 shows a horizontal section at the waist height of the seated person 3, and is an explanatory view showing the relationship among the seated person 3, the fluid-containing back cushion 1 and the backrest 4. Since the seated person 3 leans against the backrest 4 through the fluid-containing backrest cushion 1, the fluid-filled portions 2R and 2L are pushed to support the back in a manner that the body- side portions are slightly expanded.

As shown in FIG. 1, the planar shape of the fluid-filled back cushion 1 is formed so that the fluid-filled portions 2R and 2L are arranged symmetrically with the center as a boundary, and are combined into an annular shape. . The fluid sealing portions 2R and 2L are formed independently of each other to prevent mutual movement of the internal fluid. The boundary between the fluid-filled portions 2R and 2L is used by being aligned with the position of the spine of the seated person. Regarding the dimensions of the fluid-containing back cushion 1, the diameter of the center ring is 11 cm, the outer shape is about 34 cm in the vertical direction, and about 36 cm in the horizontal direction. In the contour of the fluid-containing back cushion 1, it is preferable to avoid the portion of the seated person's liver or spleen so as not to press the seated portion.

EFFECT OF THE INVENTION Fluid-containing back cushion 1 of the present invention
According to the above, since the fluid sealing portions 2R and 2L which are independent from each other are arranged on the right and left sides of the seated person's spine as a boundary, when the upper body sways to the left and right, the fluid on the compressed side is moved to the destination. Without generating a compressive drag force, it is possible to suppress shaking. Moreover, since the back is symmetrical with the spine as the center, the fluid sealing portions 2R and 2L are normally placed under the same conditions on the left and right, and the fluid sealing portions 2R and 2L are formed independently. There is no harmful effect.
Further, since the fluid sealing portions 2R and 2L are formed in an annular shape, the support position of the upper body can be brought closer to both body sides, and shaking can be suppressed more effectively.
