Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a device capable of surely holding and winding up a knitted fabric at the winding-starting time, when the knitted fabric is wound up. CONSTITUTION: In this fabric-winding device of the circular knitting machine wherein split type winding shafts 1, 2 for winding up the knitted fabric A knitted with a knitting means under rotating are supported on a pair of right and left winding frame synchronously rotating or stopping with the knitting means, the tips of the split type winding shafts 1, 2 are formed in uneven shapes 3, 4, respectively, and at least one or both the tips of the shafts 1, 2 are produced from an elastic material. Thus, an excessive load is not added to the driving and winding mechanisms of the circular knitting machine, and the circular knitting machine can smoothly be driven.

However, since the ends of the left and right winding shafts are formed in the shape of slopes, respectively, when the left and right winding shafts are pressed and pressed to drive, both winding shafts are driven. Since the binding force at the shaft end is weak, a bending moment is generated at the end of the winding shaft, and an extra load is applied to the drive of the winding shaft, which adversely affects the drive of the knitting circular knitting machine and the winding mechanism. There was a flaw.

Next, the take-up shaft pull-out mechanisms 38, 38 rotate 90 degrees to sandwich the split-type take-up shafts 1 and 2, respectively, and the tip end of the split-type take-up shaft 1 is moved from positions L1 to L2 as shown in FIG. In addition, the tip end of the split type winding shaft 2 is also retracted from the position K1 to K2 as shown in FIG.

Further, when the winding material B is carried out of the knitting machine,
Compressed air is jetted onto the knitted fabric A after cutting.
That is, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, compressed air is jetted to the hanging knitted fabric A through the compressed air jet pipe 33, and the fabric on the left half of the knitted fabric A in FIG. 7 is displaced, The divided winding shafts 1 and 2 project laterally from the line connecting the divided winding shafts 1 and 2, and in this state, the divided winding shafts 1 and 2 move from their original positions L2 to L, respectively.
1, when returning from the position K2 to the position K1, the hanging knitted fabric A is crimped via the divided winding shafts 1 and 2, as shown in FIG.
It is pinched. Then, when the circular knitting machine is driven again, the split winding shafts 1 and 2 that crimp and sandwich the knitting fabric A respectively rotate to wind up the knitting fabric A.

As described above, the present invention is a split type in which the knitting fabric A knitted by the knitting means is wound while being rotated on the pair of left and right winding frames that rotate and stop in synchronization with the knitting means as described above. In the fabric winding device of the knitting circular knitting machine supporting the winding shafts 1 and 2, the split type winding shafts 1 and 2 have their tip portions formed in an uneven shape, and either of the tip portions of the coaxial shafts 1 and 2 is formed. By configuring one or both with elastic body,
Since the connecting force between the ends of the split type winding shafts 1 and 2 is strengthened and an extra load is not applied to the drive of the winding shaft unlike the conventional case, the drive of the knitting circular knitting machine and the drive of the winding mechanism. Is carried out smoothly, and a knitted fabric of good quality can be obtained. In addition, the compressed air injection pipe 3 provided on the leg of the circular knitting machine
By squeezing compressed air to the part on the half side in the width direction of the knitted fabric through 3 to displace the part of the fabric, the split type winding shafts 1 and 2 can easily press and sandwich the fabric. It is possible to reliably wind up the dough.
