Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, a state of embossing on the surface of a nameplate and other small ornaments such as those mentioned above, which gives a high-class and luxurious appearance. A convex display part (102) that exposes the metallic background color is provided on the other side, and paint or ink such as black is applied to the other concave and convex portions, and the metallic background color is hidden by the coating layer (103). What you have done is known. Further, in order to protect the surface, the surface of the display plate formed as described above is filled with a transparent synthetic resin liquid over the entire display surface to form a thick transparent resin film layer ( Ten
Those coated with 4) are also known. In this way, the metal-colored convex display portion (102) is raised in the dark color such as black, and conversely, the dark-colored display portion is formed in the metal ground color in a concave shape, and the entire display surface is covered. Thick transparent resin coating layer (104
), The decorative display product which has a unique aesthetic effect in combination with the lens effect of the coating layer is shown in FIG. 4 in addition to nameplates because of its excellent decorativeness. It is also widely used for decoration of buckles for personal belts and for external makeup of buttons.

2) is formed, and then the entire surface is coated with the coating material, and then the coating material on the display portion (102) surface is wiped off with a solvent-impregnated cloth or the like, and the inside of the concave portion (105) of the surface is removed. After leaving the coating layer (103) only on the transparent resin layer (104)
It was manufactured as a product formed by casting and curing. For this reason, not only the productivity is poor, but also the casting mold is expensive, and a separate casting mold is required for each different mode of the display part (102), which is not suitable for the production of small-quantity and large-variety products. There was a problem like that.

The reason why the aluminum foil is used here is that the surface of the aluminum foil exhibits a metallic color capable of reflecting light, has printability, and can be easily plastically deformed by embossing with a simple embossing die.
The thickness of the aluminum foil is preferably about 30 to 80 μm. As shown in FIG. 3, a release paper (10) may be temporarily attached to the back surface of the display sheet (2) via an adhesive layer (6) for attachment or an adhesive layer.

By such printing, conversely, the display portion (4) such as characters is in a state where the metal color on the surface of the aluminum foil capable of light reflection is exposed.

After form, so as to obtain capable of embossing while the printing ink dries, the resin copolyester according polyester resin or the like on the surface of the display sheet - shall allowed to protect the printed surface is subjected to coating. Such a resin coating also has the effect of improving the adhesiveness with the transparent coating layer coated in the subsequent step.

Stick it on the display surface. Then, subsequently, a transparent resin liquid such as a transparent epoxy resin liquid adjusted to a predetermined viscosity is poured on the upper surface side. As a resin used for forming the transparent coating layer, for example, an epoxy resin, an acrylic resin, or the like can be preferably used. The pouring is performed by, for example, discharging from a thin nozzle or an injection needle, and the flow covers the entire surface of the display sheet (2), and the peripheral portion has an arcuate shape due to surface tension, and the central portion is slightly raised. The transparent coating layer (7) is formed in the ascended state. In particular, in applications where heat resistance is required, the transparent coating layer (7) may be formed by pouring and hardening a transparent molten glass instead of the transparent resin. The transparent coating layer (7) may be cured with time after the pouring operation, but in most cases from the viewpoint of production efficiency, it is placed in a heating furnace and cured by heating.

By doing so, the step of forming a predetermined display portion in which the metal color of the foil surface is exposed in the non-colored portion, and the printing ink does not dry after the formation of the display portion.
The resin coating layer on the aluminum foil surface
Forming, and performing after the formation of the coating layer, the molding press said display portion a convex and eggplant type, embossing molding
After that, in a mode of covering the entire surface of the display sheet including the convex display portion, a step of pouring and curing a transparent synthetic resin liquid or glass to form a transparent coating layer in a medium-high buildup state is performed. It is a feature. Therefore, it suffices to print, emboss, etc. on a thin display sheet made of aluminum foil.
Etc. is easy, winding of the aluminum foil, rewind continuously printed while performing, since embossing or the like can be performed,
The display body formation process can be performed extremely easily and at low cost, and the manufacturing process is extremely difficult as compared with the conventional case where the base plate is cast into a concave and convex display portion using a mold. Easy and productive. Moreover, by appropriately changing the types of printing and embossing, and separately manufacturing and attaching various kinds of materials having different display modes to the display sheet, it is possible to manufacture display members having different kinds of displays. In that case, of course, in order to form various different display portions on the display sheet, the printing plate and the embossing die require those corresponding to the respective display modes, but since the display sheet is formed of aluminum foil, Since all of them may be simple ones such as letterpress and resin mold, they are much more advantageous in terms of cost than in the case where various casting molds required for manufacturing conventional products are manufactured. Moreover, in the obtained decorative member, since the display portion where the metallic color of the aluminum foil surface is exposed is made convex, the display portion appears to be raised due to the light reflection of the display portion, and the display sheet The lens effect of the transparent coating layer due to the fact that the entire surface of the above is covered with the transparent coating layer in a medium-high buildup state, the display portion of the metal color is visually visible in a more noticeable raised state, and the appearance is also apparent. It looks three-dimensional like a conventional metal carving-like cast-out display, and can be made to have excellent decorativeness that makes it possible to recognize luxury. Therefore, the present invention has an effect that it is easy to cope with diversification of display changes, and a decorative member having a cast appearance can be manufactured and provided at a much lower cost than conventional products.

Moreover, such a resin coating also has the effect of improving the adhesiveness with the transparent coating layer coated thereon,
It is possible to manufacture a decorative member having excellent durability, in which the transparent coating layer does not easily peel off.
