リンダーにより半径方向に移動することにより胴部が全
体的に拡径又は縮径し得ることを特徴とする。

に図示しない駆動装置により両方の回転軸3a、3bを同時
に同方向に同速度で回転させることによつて側板2a、2b
及び胴部7が回転し、長尺体が挿入ゲートから引き出さ
れてトラバース装置で胴部7に複数列且つ複数段に巻取
られるが、拡径された胴部7は全体的に同一外径でテー
パーを設けていないので、巻形状が乱れず整列して巻取
ることができる。
