2. Description of the Related Art Although many of the above-mentioned bottles are for one person's amount of liquid, they are large-sized ones for accommodating a relatively large amount of liquid and dividing them into several people or consuming them several times. There is also.
When drinking such large bottled carbonated drinks at a place, it may be divided into a large number of people at one time, but some of them are kept for people who come late, or some of them are consumed and left. May be consumed on other days. In this way, if you consume part of the contents of the bin and keep the rest for a while,
There is a problem that the carbonic acid in the beverage is lost and the taste is deteriorated.
Further, in the case of seasonings such as shoyu, it is usual to use them by dividing them into small bottles, but there is a problem in that mold is generated on the surface of the shoyu stored in the large bottles. Further, storing the bottle with the reduced content as it is is a waste of storage space, and there is a problem in that it is bulky when transporting or discarding an empty bottle.

[Function] Carbon dioxide comes out of carbonated drinks mainly because the pressure drops, but even when the carbon dioxide concentration in the liquid is supersaturated (the external pressure is low), the carbon dioxide concentration in the liquid balances against the external pressure. It takes time to reach the state, and the length of this time depends on the partial pressure of carbon dioxide on the liquid surface, and the higher the partial pressure, the longer the time to reach the equilibrium state. That is, the storability is improved. Considering a carbonated beverage that has consumed 500 cc in a bottle containing 1 liter and has an empty volume of 500 cc and a liquid volume of 500 cc, it is assumed that the entire empty volume is carbon dioxide gas and the case of 1 atm is considered. , 500 cc of carbon dioxide gas comes out as gas from the liquid part of 500 cc. The solubility of carbon dioxide gas in water can be regarded as that of dissolving carbon dioxide gas in the same volume as that of water under a certain pressure of carbon dioxide gas. If the equilibrium pressure of carbon dioxide in a carbonated beverage is 2 atm, 5
Initially, 1 liter of carbon dioxide gas was dissolved in 00 cc of the beverage at 1 atm, but when 500 cc of carbon dioxide was released by the gas, the carbonic acid concentration in the beverage became half.

By the way, a 1 liter bottle is now compressed to 60
If it is 0 cc, the empty volume is 100 cc,
Initially, it is 100 at a pressure of 1 atm in the gaseous state.
1/5 of the case where the bottle volume does not change with cc carbon dioxide gas
Decrease to. Even if the pressure in the bottle is set to 2 atm, 400 cc of carbon dioxide will be released by converting it to 1 atm, and since the saturation pressure was originally 2 atm and 1 atm of 1000 cc of carbon dioxide was included, the equilibrium pressure when 400 cc is left is It is 2 atm or less. In other words, the balance is reached where about 200 cc of carbon dioxide gas has escaped, and the amount of carbon dioxide gas escaped is less than half that of the case where the bottle volume is 1 liter. Moreover, the time until the equilibrium state is reached becomes longer as the difference between the carbon dioxide saturation pressure on the liquid side and the carbon dioxide partial pressure on the liquid surface becomes smaller, and the smaller the volume of the empty space on the liquid surface is, the smaller the amount of carbon dioxide gas evaporates. Since a high carbon dioxide partial pressure is obtained, it takes longer to reach equilibrium, and storage stability is improved.

Considering the problem of mold, oxygen is necessary for the growth of mold, and if the volume of the empty part in the bottle is reduced, the amount of oxygen is reduced accordingly, and the growth of mold is suppressed. Since oxygen is involved in the deterioration of taste in not only mold but also fruit juice, keeping the empty volume in the bottle small generally improves the shelf life of liquid foods.

FIG. 3 shows another embodiment of the present invention. In the above-described embodiment, the means for holding the bottle body in the compressed state is the transparent film tube that wraps the bottle body 1, but in this embodiment, the hakama 7 molded of the elastic material. This hakama has a shape as shown in Fig. 4 and is made of plastic and has an upper ring 7
No. 1 is provided with a bent portion 71a bent outward at several places. Because of the curved portion 71a, the ring portion 71 can elastically extend the circumference. Therefore, at the time of molding, it is possible to remove the mold without splitting the mold. This hakama is fitted in the lower part of the bottle body 1 as shown in FIG. The inner diameter of the ring 71 is set so that the valley diameter of the groove of the bellows of the bottle body 1 is loosely fitted and the outer diameter of the crest does not come off. If you push the convex part of the bellows above this ring into the bottom of the ring, the ring 71 becomes
The diameter is expanded by a, and the convex portion of the bellows is pushed under the ring, and thus the bellows can be gradually compressed and pushed into the hakama. The shape of the hakama 7 is not limited to the above example, and may be, for example, the shape shown in FIG.

Each of the above-described embodiments can be applied whether the liquid content of the bottle has an internal pressure such as a carbonated beverage, or one without an internal pressure such as fruit juice. In the case of a liquid having no internal pressure, in order to keep the bellows in a compressed state, the bellows can be kept in a compressed state by simply shrinking the bellows and sealing the bottle. FIG. 8 shows an embodiment particularly suitable for such a case. The bottle body 1 is wrapped with a tube 3 of a heat-shrinkable transparent film. In this cylinder, perforations 31 are put in a circumferential shape for every 100 cc of a bottle content liquid,
Two perforations 32 are provided adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction. Every time the content liquid is used, part of the cylinder 3 sandwiched by the vertical perforations 32 is released up to the position of the horizontal perforations 31 on the liquid surface of the residual liquid in the cylinder 3, and along the horizontal perforations. Separate the upper part of the tube 3. If the upper bottle body portion is compressed from the cylinder 3 and the container is sealed, the compressed state is maintained. In this embodiment, the perforations 31 on the side of the cylinder 3 also serve as a scale indicating the amount of liquid in the bottle.

FIG. 12A shows still another embodiment of stacking bins, in which the upper and lower stacked bins are joined by a joining component 13, and FIG. 12B shows the joining component. This is a cylindrical shape with a part cut out vertically, and has inward and downward edges formed, and these edges are fitted into the bellows of the upper and lower bottles to join the upper and lower bottles. For the shape of the bottom of the bottle, each of the embodiments described in the preceding paragraph can be applied. Since this connecting part is partly cut vertically, when it is fitted, the cut part can be forcibly expanded and the inward edges can be inserted into the folds of the upper and lower bellows from the side of the bottle. This connecting part may be made into a square as shown in FIG. In this way, when a plurality of bins are compressed in the axial direction and connected, the load does not collapse when they are stacked horizontally as shown in FIG. FIG.
Is one in which a single shelf 14 is provided in the connecting part 13, and a notch 15 is made in this shelf so that the bottle mouth 12 can be inserted therein, so that the lateral displacement of the upper and lower combined bottles can be prevented.
