This is due to the resistance of the outer peripheral edge portion 16 of the retaining collar portion 15 of the spike pin 14, the edge portion of the belt-like body 10 on the tire contact surface 12 side.
There was a problem that a crack was generated near 13 and the band 10 was damaged early.

Since it is sharply formed, the band-shaped body is more likely to be cracked, and there is a problem that the band-shaped body is damaged earlier than the former or more.

In a spike pin with a retaining collar portion for a tire anti-slip member, which is integrally molded in the inside of an anti-slip member, the retaining collar portion of the spike pin is formed into a circular dish-shaped cross section having a required thickness, and The spike pin non-forming surface side of the circular dish-shaped section having a circular cross section is an arcuate surface for preventing biting in which the central portion is a flat surface and the outer peripheral edge continuing from the flat surface is a smooth gentle curved surface, and the spike pin forming surface. It is characterized in that the side is formed as a concave surface portion having a required circular arc surface and continuing to the smooth gentle curved surface.

が生じるようなこともないものである。(Operation) As shown in the fifth illustration, the spike pin molded in the anti-slip member as a whole has the tip end side of the biting portion on the road surface (ice, snow surface) as shown in the sixth to eighth illustrations when the vehicle is running. ) To prevent tire slippage. Further, at this time, even if the anti-slip member is deformed due to friction and impact force with the road surface to cause the spike pin to slip out of the anti-slip member, the spike pin's retaining collar prevents the spike pin from slipping out. Therefore, stable running can be performed. In particular, as shown by the arrow in FIG. 8, even if the weight of the vehicle and the pressing force by the tire driving force act on the edge portion of the tire contact surface on the rear side in the traveling direction of the anti-skid member immediately before the anti-skid member separates from the road surface. Since the outer peripheral surface of the retaining collar of the spike pin is formed into a circular arc surface having a smooth smooth curved surface that is uniform over the entire surface of the spike pin non-forming surface to the side of the spike pin forming surface, the resistance of the retaining collar causes No cracks are formed near the edge portion of the tire contact surface on the rear side in the traveling direction of the anti-slip member.

きる等、種々の効果がある。(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, a ladder-like non-slip member formed of an elastic body such as rubber or synthetic resin with an inner shape that can be fitted to the outer peripheral surface and both side surfaces of the tire and a required width In a spike pin with a retaining collar portion for a tire anti-slip member integrally molded inside, the retaining collar portion of the spike pin is formed into a circular dish-shaped cross section having a required thickness and the circular dish-shaped circular cross section. The spike pin non-forming surface side of the portion is an indentation-preventing arc surface having a flat central portion and an outer peripheral edge continuing from the flat surface having a smooth gentle curved surface, and the spike pin forming surface side is a required arc. Since the surface is formed as a concave surface that is continuous with the smooth curved surface, the spike pin integrally molded in the anti-slip member is completely removed from the anti-slip member by the retaining collar. In addition to being able to completely prevent it, a pressing force is applied by the weight of the vehicle and the driving force of the tire to the long side portion on the rear side in the traveling direction of the anti-skid member, that is, the edge portion on the side contacting the tire as the vehicle travels. Even if the retaining pin of the spike pin has a flat surface on the side where the spike pin is not formed, and an outer peripheral edge that is continuous with the flat surface is formed as an indentation-preventing arc-shaped surface that is a smooth gentle curved surface. In particular, since the end portion of the outer peripheral edge where the pressing force strongly acts is formed with a required circular arc surface, the feeding force of the outer peripheral surface of the retaining collar with respect to the anti-slip member is dispersed, and as a result, the retaining collar. Due to the resistance of the portion, the possibility that cracks will occur near the edge portion of the tire contact surface on the rear side in the traveling direction of the anti-slip member is significantly reduced, and not only can stable running be performed for a long period of time.
Since the spike pin forming surface side of the retaining collar is a concave portion, the slip preventing member is flowed and filled into the concave portion at the time of molding, and as a result, the gripping force of the slip preventing member against the spike pin is further strengthened. In addition, since there are no protrusions on the entire outer peripheral surface of the retaining collar, the spike pin can be easily manufactured, and the cost can be reduced.
