へ、分り水は後者を介して水蒸気発生室Aへ還流させる
るように構成したことを特徴とする。

しめるのであり、発生した水蒸気が透孔4から蒸発室B
内に噴出され、蒸発室内のカートリツジフイルター5の
溶剤蒸発を促進させる。

とんど発生させることがなくて溶剤のみを効率良く回収
することのできるものである。
