The above-mentioned dust collecting filter captures dust and the like having a large inertial force by colliding with the wall surface of the filter and the like in the process in which the dust-containing fluid passes through the honeycomb-shaped through holes having different directions while sequentially swirling. However, there are problems that the shape is complicated and the manufacturing is troublesome, and it is very difficult to remove the captured dust and the like.

In removing dust in a fluid such as soot by the dust collecting filter constructed as described above, the dust collecting filter is installed in the fluid passage in a direction perpendicular to the fluid inflow direction. Then, the fluid flowing from the front side of the frontmost filter element 1a toward the filter element 1a enters between the filter element 1a and the next filter element 1b through the through hole 2 of the filter element 1a. After that, the filter element 1b at the next position is distributed rightward and leftward and enters the through hole 2 of the filter element 1b. By repeating this a plurality of times, the fluid makes a large detour as shown by the arrow in the figure, and a plurality of filter elements 1 are provided.
Dust or the like having a large inertial force collides with the wall surfaces of the filter elements 1a and 1b to weaken the inertial force while passing through the through holes 2 of a. And then captured.

The trapped dust and the like may be cleaned and removed at appropriate times. At this time, since the dust collecting filter according to the present invention is made of the simple corrugated plate as described above, it can be easily removed. it can. In particular, when the corrugated plate-like filter element 1 is installed so that the ridgeline of the wave top is in the up-down direction as in the illustrated example, part of dust and the like trapped on the wall surface of the filter element falls under its own weight, and also the wall surface. Dust and the like remaining on the can be easily removed with a brush or the like. Further, in that case, as shown in FIG. 1, if an opening 60 for discharging the captured dust or the like is provided on at least the lower surface of the frame body 6, it can be removed without removing the frame body 6.

As described above, the dust collecting filter according to the present invention is provided with a plurality of corrugated plate-like filter elements 1 which are sequentially stacked in the fluid passage at predetermined intervals.
A slit-shaped through hole 2 is provided at the top of either the front side or the rear side of each corrugated plate-like filter element 1 in the fluid inflow direction. Since the filter elements 1 are alternately arranged at the tops of the side walls and are offset from each other in the direction perpendicular to the stacking direction of the filter elements 1, a cross section is formed between the adjacent through holes 2 provided in each of the corrugated filter elements 1. A cross-section as in the prior art, which is substantially V-shaped and has a portion corresponding to the conventional V-shaped filter element in cross section and the through hole 2 corresponding to the gap between the adjacent conventional V-shaped filter elements. In the present invention, a configuration equivalent to a configuration in which a large number of substantially V-shaped filter elements are arranged in parallel in a plane at a predetermined interval, and a plurality of rows arranged in the plane is provided simply Multiple plate-shaped filter elements But only by structures easily configured provided, there are effects such that this type of dust collector easily, can be manufactured at a low cost.
