When the female tubular member 18 and the male tubular member 38 are in a fitted state, the projection 18b of the female tubular member 18 is elastically contacted with the bottom of the groove 38a of the male tubular member 38. The outer peripheral surface of the tubular member 38 on the tip side of the groove 38a and the female tubular member 1
8 is formed so that a slight gap is formed between the tip and the inner peripheral surface on the opposite side of the protrusion 18b. In the fitted state, the lock ring 42 is fitted to the outer periphery of the distal end portion of the female tubular member 18, and the distal end portion of the female tubular member 18 is restrained from elastically deforming to increase its diameter, so that it does not come off. Is prevented. By moving the lock tube 44 against the elastic force of the spring 40 and pulling out the lock ring 42 from the female tubular member 18, the distal end portion of the female tubular member 18 is allowed to have an increased diameter,
It can be pulled out easily.

In the above-mentioned conventional coaxial connector, if the connection and disconnection are repeated, the following problems are likely to occur. First, the female core connector member 32
The inner peripheral surface of the outer peripheral portion of the hole 32a is worn away, the inner diameter is expanded, and the elasticity is weakened. As a result, in the experiments conducted by the inventors, it was impossible to obtain a good electrical connection with the contact pin 12a inserted after a few hundred repetitions.

Further, when the female tubular member 18 is inserted into or withdrawn from the male tubular member 38, the inner peripheral surface of the ridge 18b is always slid while elastically contacting the outer peripheral surface of the male tubular member 38. As a result, the inner peripheral surface of the ridge 18b is worn away, and finally, in the fitted state, the inner peripheral surface of the ridge 18b is not reliably elastically contacted with the bottom of the groove 38a, and the female tubular member 18 Therefore, good electrical connection between the male tubular member 38 and the male tubular member 38 cannot be maintained.

Further, a groove having a trapezoidal cross section with a narrow bottom is provided in the circumferential direction on the outer periphery of the distal end portion of the male cylindrical member to which one of the outer conductors is connected, and the other female cylindrical member to which the other outer conductor is connected. A protrusion having a trapezoidal cross section narrower than the groove is provided in the inner circumference of the tip in the circumferential direction, and a slit is provided in the female tubular member in the axial direction from the tip to give elasticity to be fitted to the male tubular member. In this fitted state, the inner circumference of the female tubular member elastically contacts the outer circumference of the tip end portion of the male tubular member, and the bottom of the groove and the inner circumference of the ridge fitted into the groove. [Operation] In the coaxial connector according to claim 1, the tip of the plunger of the spring connector, to which the core wire of one coaxial cable is connected, elastically contacts the core connecting member to which the core wire of the other coaxial cable is connected. Therefore, with respect to repeated connection and disconnection, in the connected state, the elastic force of the spring of the spring connector reliably causes the plunger to elastically contact the core connecting member, and a reliable electrical connection is made.

Further, in the coaxial connector according to the second aspect, in the connected state, the inner peripheral surface of the protrusion provided on the inner periphery of the distal end of the female cylindrical member abuts the bottom of the groove of the male cylindrical member. Instead, the outer peripheral surface of the tip of the male cylindrical member elastically contacts the inner peripheral surface of the female cylindrical member, so even if the inner peripheral surface of the ridge wears out due to repeated connection and disconnection, the inner peripheral surface of the female cylindrical member The outer peripheral surface of the distal end of the male tubular member is reliably elastically contacted with the surface, and reliable electrical connection can be maintained.

The structure of the present invention is different from the conventional one in the following points. First, a bottomed hole 50a is formed from the other end surface at the other end of the male-core connector member 50 to which the core wire 10a of the one coaxial cable 10 is connected to one end by caulking or the like. The coil spring 52 and the plunger 54 are inserted, and the bottomed hole 50
The opening end of a is made narrow by caulking or the like to prevent the plunger 54 from coming off. A contact pin 54a is formed integrally with the plunger 54 in the axial direction and protrudes outward through the narrow opening. Therefore, a spring connector is formed at the other end of the male core connector member 50. The bottomed hole 50a only needs to be able to lock one end of the coil spring 52, and the bottomed hole 50a and the hole into which the core wire 10a is inserted may pass through. It should be noted that the core connecting member 56 made of a conductive material to which the core wire 30a of the other coaxial cable 30 is connected by caulking or the like is sufficient if the contact pin 54a of the plunger 54 can be elastically contacted to the end surface thereof, as shown in FIGS. The core connecting member 56 may be a cylindrical body, but may be a solid rod. Furthermore, if the core connecting member 56 is a solid rod, the end surface may be a spherical concave surface.

1 is formed slightly larger than the diameter D 2 of the bottom surface of the groove 38a having a trapezoidal cross section provided on the outer periphery of the distal end portion of the male tubular member 38.
That is, a slight gap is formed between the inner peripheral surface of the protrusion 18b and the bottom of the groove 38a. In addition, the protrusion 1 of the female tubular member 18 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the male tubular member 38 at the tip of the groove 38a.
It is formed so that the inner peripheral surface on the side opposite to the tip from 8b makes elastic contact.

In such a structure, even if the connection and the separation are repeated, the male-core connector member 5 is still in the connected state.
The tip of the contact pin 54a of the plunger 54 of the 0 spring connector is elastically contacted with the core connecting member 56 by the elastic force of the coil spring 52, and is superior in durability and electrically connected to the conventional coaxial connector of this type. Surely done.

When the female tubular member 18 is inserted into or withdrawn from the male tubular member 38, the inner peripheral surface of the protrusion 18b is always slid in elastic contact with the outer peripheral surface of the male tubular member 38, so that the protrusion is formed. 1
Although the inner peripheral surface of 8b is easily worn, the inner peripheral surface of the female tubular member 18 is elastically contacted with the outer peripheral surface of the distal end of the male cylindrical member 38, so that even if the inner peripheral surface of the ridge 18b is worn away. The electrical connection is not affected. Therefore, the electrical connection between the female tubular member 18 and the male tubular member 38 is also excellent in durability, and the electrical connection is surely made.

In the coaxial connector according to claim 1,
By making the tip of the plunger of the spring connector elastically contact the core connecting member, the core wires of the coaxial cable are electrically connected to each other, so that the coil spring is electrically connected using the elastic force with high durability. Even if the process is repeated, the electrical connection does not become unstable, and a product having excellent durability and high reliability can be obtained.
