して、前記像担持体表面に形成したトナー像を前記転写
紙に転写する画像形成装置において、 当該装置の非常停止の後、再始動する時に、前記像担持
体上に残されていた未転写トナーの少なくとも一部を前
記転写部材側に転写し、像担持体上の未転写トナーが付
着していない領域へ、再び転写部材上のトナーを転写し
直すことを特徴とする画像形成装置。
