Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 ［産業上の利用分野］ 本考案はミシンの水平釜に関し、特に、外釜と内釜と
の接触部の構造に関する。
［従来の技術］ 従来の水平釜においては、実公昭57-13024号公報に記
載されているように、外釜のレース部の上端面と内釜の
鍔部の下端面とがそれぞれ平面に形成され、それぞれの
面上において互いに摺動するように構成されている。
［考案が解決しようとする課題］ しかしながら、従来の水平釜においては、外釜のレー
ス部の上端面と内釜の鍔部の下端面とがそれぞれ平面に
形成されているため、それらの接触する面積が広く、接
触抵抗が大きくなり、そのため、外釜の回転に伴って、
振動音及び摺動音等が発生するという問題点がある。
本考案は、従来の問題点を解決するために為されたも
のであり、その目的は、振動音及び摺動音等の発生を減
少し得る水平釜を提供することにある。
［課題を解決するための手段］ 上述した目的を達成するために、本考案は、外釜のレ
ース部の上端面と内釜の鍔部の下端面とのいずれか一方
に、他方の端面に向かって狭まった突起が複数形成され
ていると共に、他方の端面が平らに形成されている。
［作用］ 以上のように構成された水平釜においては、レース部
の上端面と鍔部の下端面とのいずれか一方に形成された
突起の狭まった先端と他方の端面の平らな面とが小さな
面積にて接触且つ摺動する。
［実施例］ 本考案の一実施例を図面を参照して説明する。
第１図は本実施例の水平釜の分解断面図であり、外釜
10は、図示しない駆動機構により垂直軸線12を中心とし
て回転するように構成されている。外釜10の内側面には
垂直軸線12に向って突出すると共にその回転方向に沿っ
て延びるレース部14が形成されている。そして、外釜10
内に収納される内釜16にはレース部14と係合可能な鍔部
18が内釜16の最外端に形成されている。
また、鍔部18の下端面には第２図及び第３図に示すよ
うに５個の突起20が内釜16の円周方向に延びると共にレ
ース部14の上端面に向かって幅が狭まるように形成さ
れ、それらの突起20と平らに形成されたレース部14の上
面部とが接触することによって内釜16の垂直方向の位置
決めを行うようになっており、また、内釜16の水平方向
の位置決めは鍔部18の側面と外釜10の内側面とで行うよ
うになっている。
更に、内釜16の外側面には回転止部材22が一体形成さ
れ、図示しないミシン機枠に取付けられた係合部材と係
合して外釜10の回転に伴って内釜16が回転することを規
制している。
以上のように構成された水平釜の動作について説明す
ると、図示しない駆動機構によって外釜10が回転し、内
釜はその回転が規制されているため、レース部14の上端
面が鍔部18の下端面に形成された突起20と摺動する。
このように、レース部14の上端面が突起20と摺動する
がその接触面積が非常に小さく、更に、突起20は外釜10
の回転方向に沿うように連続して形成されているため、
外釜10の回転に伴う振動音及び摺動音を極力小さくする
ことができる。
［変形例］ 本考案は、以上詳述したような実施例に限定されるも
のではなく、その趣旨を逸脱しない範囲において種々の
変更を加えることができる。
例えば、本実施例においては、突起20を内釜16の下端
面に形成しているが、外釜10の上端面に形成してもよ
い。
［考案の効果］ 以上詳述したように、本考案は外釜の上端面と内釜の
下端面とのいずれか一方に、その他方の端面と接触する
突起を形成したため、外釜と内釜との接触面積を非常に
小さくすることができ、外釜の回転に伴う外釜と内釜と
の摺動により発生する振動音及び摺動音を低減すること
ができる。

図面は本考案の一実施例を示したもので、第１図は本実
施例の水平釜の分解断面図、第２図は上記水平釜の内釜
の底面図、第３図は上記内釜の鍔部近傍の拡大断面図で
ある。 図中、10は外釜、12は垂直軸線、14はレース部、16は内
釜、18は鍔部、20は突起である。

  1. 【請求項１】垂直軸線（12）を中心として回転可能に支
    持され、その内側面に回転方向に沿って延びるレース部
    （14）を有する外釜（10）と、その外釜（10）内に収納
    され、前記レース部（14）と係合可能な鍔部（18）を有
    する内釜（16）とを備えた水平釜において、 前記レース部（14）の上端面と前記鍔部（18）の下端面
    とのいずれか一方に、その他方の端面に向かって狭まっ
    た突起が複数形成されていると共に、他方の端面が平ら
    に形成され、前記突起の狭まった先端と前記他方の端面
    の平らな面とが接触することを特徴とする水平釜。
