Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent film on a rolled article in which the film is wound up around a roll core and both side ends of the roll core are projected, from shifting, resulting from vibration or shocks during transportation of the article, in a fixing material for packing thereof. CONSTITUTION: A fixing material 31 is constituted of a sheet of paper folded like waves and provided with a pierced hole to fit a winding roll 62 and holder pieces 38 to fix the ends of roll core 61. When the rolled article 63 is fixed, after the winding roll 62 has been fitted to the pierced hole, the holder pieces 38 are projected to the roll core 61 side and positioned to get in contact with both end faces of the roll core 61.

2. Description of the Related Art As a winding product in which a film is wound around a winding core in a roll shape, for example, there is a winding roll of a ribbon for thermal transfer. The thermal transfer ribbon is one in which an ink layer is applied to the surface of a base substrate made of polyester,
It is wound on a core and shipped.

However, after the winding product is shipped, the winding hardness of the winding roll may be lowered due to the influence of the change in the ambient temperature, and the winding deviation may occur due to the vibration during transportation. There was a problem matching the printer when using the ribbon.

In the packaging and transportation of the wound product, the width of the thermal transfer ribbon (width of the winding roll) is shorter than that of the winding core, and the winding core is wound from both ends in the width direction of the ribbon. Or, when the end surface of the winding roll is not flat, the winding misalignment frequently occurs. One of the causes of such winding deviation is that the end surface of the winding roll is not properly fixed.

As a packing technique for preventing the occurrence of winding deviation, when the end faces of the winding roll are not flat, the both ends of the winding roll are flattened by setting pads on both end faces for packing. Also, by vacuum forming, prepare a packaging material with a shape that matches the shape of the whole rolled product, and align the rolled product with this packaging material.
It is known to pack after storing.

Next, in the same manner as in the first embodiment, the fixing material 51 is constituted by the sheet material 1 and placed in the packing box, and the rolled product 63 is fixed in the state shown in FIG. Next, a separately prepared empty fixing material 51 is placed directly on the already-stored fixing material 51 and stored in the packing box, and then the rolled product 63 is fixed to the upper fixing material 51 in the same manner. In order to stack another fixing material 51 directly on the already-stored fixing material 51, the fixing material 5 on the upper stage side
The support piece 52 of No. 1 is bent along the fold lines 11a and 16a, orthogonal to the vertical surface portions 32 and 33, and inside the fixing member 51 (on the side of the inclined surface portion), and then these support pieces 52 are formed.
8 and 9, it may be placed on the upper ends of the vertical surface portions 32 and 33 of the lower fixing material 51.

As is apparent from the above description, claim 1
According to the packing fixing material described in (1), by fitting the winding roll in the through hole and bringing the holding piece into contact with the end of the winding core, the rolled product is fixed to this fixing material and compacted in the packing box. Can be stored in. Therefore, even if the wound product is subjected to vibration or impact in the width direction of the winding roll during transportation, the winding deviation of the wound product is effectively prevented. In addition, this fixing material has a very simple structure because it is formed by forming a simple shape of folding lines and score lines on one sheet material, and when it is not used as a fixing material, the original sheet shape is used. Since it can be folded into two, it is not bulky, and therefore, there is also an effect that disposal after use can be efficiently performed. According to the packing fixing material of the second aspect, in addition to the effect of the first aspect, the upper surface of the winding roll is held by the notch piece, so vertical vibrations and impacts received by the rolled product are received. Can be buffered. According to the packing fixing material according to claim 3, in addition to the effect according to claim 1 or the effect according to claim 2, a plurality of integrated products in which the rolled product is fixed to this fixing material are superposed in a compact manner in upper and lower multi-stages. Therefore, there is an effect that a large number of rolled products can be efficiently transported.
