鎖するように非磁性板(13)が開口部(11a)に装着さ
れ、さらに、この非磁性板(13)には永久磁石(12)が
その一部が凹部の底部の外面から突出するように固着さ

に蓋開閉具を装着することができると共に、給油口蓋の
タンク口金からの着脱を容易にすることができ、燃料油
の作業者への付着および床への垂れなどを防ぐことがで
