【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 加硫缶内で、成形用モールドの外周面に
未加硫ベルトスリーブを装着し、その外周面側よりジャ
ケットを嵌装して得られたモールド組立体を、加硫缶内
に設けたモールド支持部材に設置するとともにモールド
組立体の内部を気密にする上蓋を配置したベルトの加硫
装置において、少なくともジャケットと成形用モールド
間の空隙に内在する空気を収容することができる空間部
を備えた上蓋を、少なくとも1つ以上配置したモールド
組立体上に設置したことを特徴とするベルトの加硫装
置。

配置したモールド支持部材を使用し、このモールド支持
部材上に弾性パッキン材を介して複数個のモールド組立
体を配置し、少なくともジャケットと成形用モールド間
の空隙に内在する空気を収容することができる空間部を
備えた上蓋を、上記モールド組立体の上に設置したこと
を特徴とするベルトの加硫装置。
