板を確実に分離することができず、薄板の移送工程にお
ける主要なトラブルの原因であった。このようなトラブ
ルの解消には、薄板の縦の両縁部を吸着する吸着盤を上
昇させた後に、この吸着盤の吸着力を解除して薄板を元
の状態に戻し、さらに横の両縁部を吸着する吸着盤を上
昇させると、上下の薄板の面接触する面積が減少するの
で、下位の薄板と最上の薄板の分離はより確実性が増
し、改善される。
