この様に前身頃2と後身頃3との間に設けた湾曲状短冊
型連続布片Aの脇下折線Lは一連の布片として形成され
ており、平面状態を保ち乍ら崩れることなく枢軸として
他部からの引き釣る作用がなく、腕の前差出し並びに曲
肘の上下廻動をスム−スに行なうことができる。

部での脇巾の長さの範囲の設定と並んで、脇身頃4に一
体的に連接する内袖5の中心軸線に対し傾斜角度θが2
0度以下の湾曲状態を形成することによって、腕の前差
出しと上下廻動並びに通常自然体の曲肘より動作に移る
際の衣服との摩擦や抵抗を緩和し、ひいては衣服寸法と
身体計測の調整或いは整合性を高め、特に腕運動域での
上腕骨の付随性に対応しようとする構成となっている。
