よる密封材10が許容できる含水量を越えた場合には、同
密封材10から溢れて前記上ケーシング8と前記仕切板4
間の隙間に侵入し、前記二分割した上下のケーシング
8,9の接合部8aから室内側に侵入してしまうという問
題があった。前記問題点の対策として、前記上ケーシン
グ8及び前記仕切板4上部と前記密封材10との間にビニ
ールテープを接着する等の手段を講じたが、前記ユニッ
トを外胴3内に出し入れした場合には同ビニールテープ
が剥がれ、結果的には室内側に結露水が侵入した。
