Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the design change of an electrical part containing section and at the same time prevent the electrical part containing section from being influenced by an air passage to blow off the air into a room by a structure wherein the electrical part containing section is arranged in an empty space made at one side of a partition plate so as to be in the state separated from the partition plate. CONSTITUTION:An electrical part containing section 29 is arranged in an empty space made at one side of a partition plate 20, which partitions the indoor side of an integral type air conditioner from its outdoor side, so as to be in a state separated from the partition plate 20 in such a manner that the indoor side and the outdoor side are partitioned from each other. Consequently, the design of the electrical part containing section can be changed arbitrarily without changing the designing of the partition plate 20 and a fan casing 23, resulting in facilitating the minor change of electrical parts due to the seriately designing of air conditioning units and, in addition, enabling to utilize the covers of the electrical parts composing of the electrical part containing section to other parts for common use.

In the conventional air conditioner configured as described above, during cooling operation in which the indoor heat exchange unit 3 functions as a cooler and the outdoor heat exchange unit 4 functions as a condenser, 77
When the sirocco 77 is rotated by the engine motor 6, indoor air is sucked in through the suction port 19a of the front panel 19, and is cooled while passing through the indoor heat exchange unit 3. The cooled air then passes through the bell mouth 9 to the wind tunnel 1.
6, and further, due to the discharge action of the sirocco 77, the wind tunnel 16 - passage 17 - blowout hole 11 - blowout side frame 1
The air is discharged into the room from the air outlet 19b of the front panel 9 through the route No. 4, thereby cooling the room.

However, in the conventional air conditioner described above, the electrical component storage area including the electrical component mounting frame 12 and the recess 18 is separated by the partition plates 9 and 7.
Since it is constructed integrally using a part of the casing 15, the electrical components including the electrical control means may be partially changed due to the creation of a series of air conditioning units, etc. If it becomes necessary to change the design of the section, the design of the partition plate and casing must also be changed, which is uneconomical and increases costs.

In addition, since the air outlet frame 14 through which cold air flows is placed in contact with or very close to the upper part of the electrical component storage section, the electrical component mounting frame 12 is cooled through this air outlet frame 14, and the surface of the electrical component mounting frame 12 is cooled. Condensation forms. In this case, the dew that has formed on the inner surface of the top plate of the electrical component mounting frame 12 drips onto the electrical components inside, degrading the insulation of the electrical components and impeding the normal operation of the electrical components, and eventually causing the air conditioner to malfunction. This will make driving control impossible.

Therefore, dew condensation can be prevented by pasting a heat insulating sheet on the surface of the electrical component mounting frame 12, especially on the inner surface of the top plate, but the additional process of pasting the heat insulating sheet increases costs. Moreover, because there is uneven adhesion between the top plate and the heat insulating sheet, the heat insulating sheet becomes thinner over time, making it impossible to consistently prevent condensation and maintaining stable quality. there were.

In this embodiment as described above, the electrical component storage section 29 has a structure that can be separated from the partition plate 20, so when air conditioning units are made into a series, the electrical components are partially changed and the electrical components are Even if the design of the electrical component storage section 29 is changed, it can be dealt with simply by changing the structural parts of the electrical component storage section 29.
This eliminates the need for design changes, including the 7-inch casing, and makes it possible to standardize them, making it possible to create a series easily and at low cost.In addition, the electrical component storage section has a separate structure from the partition plate 20. Therefore, it becomes easy to attach and detach the 7-ring casing 23 to and from the partition plate 20, and its assembly becomes simple.

As explained above, according to the present invention, an empty space is formed on one side of the partition plate that partitions the indoor side and the outdoor side of an integrated air conditioner, and the indoor side and the outdoor side are separated in this empty space. Since the electrical component storage section 29 is arranged separately from the partition plate so as to be partitioned, the design of the electrical component storage section can be changed arbitrarily without changing the design of the partition plate and the uncasing 7. Along with this, the air conditioning units have been made into a series, which not only makes it easier to make minor changes to electrical components, but also makes it possible to use them for purposes other than the electrical component covers that make up the electrical component storage area. Furthermore, since the electrical component storage section is reliably separated from the air path side, dew condensation on the electrical component side can be prevented without providing a heat insulating material to the electrical component storage section.
