Abstract

PURPOSE: To make stains inconspicuous, by sticking tile carpets backed with plastics, having a darker color than the center, in the peripheral edge and a frame-shaped form, on the top plate of a square double-floor and collecting polluted air under the floor to the peripheral edge. CONSTITUTION: Tile carpets 4 backed with plastics 3 in dark colored frame- shaped form provided with 3.5 or less lightness at the peripheral edge 2 of the surface fiber 1 and three times or less width in the peripheral edge than the pile length, are stuck on the top plate 6 of the double-floor 5 having a wiring space for electric source cords 8 or the like. The peripheral part 2 is formed continuously to the central part 1 by printing or the like. The tile carpet 4 may be laid to correspond to the position of top plate 6 of the double-floor 5 or so as to shift from the position. The polluted air under the floor flows from the clearances of the peripheral part 2 of the carpet 4 to stick dirt on the dark coloed part. In this way, it makes the stain on the carpet 4 inconspicuous.

When TCP is attached to the above-mentioned stains by aligning the peripheral position with the double floor, it may occur linearly at an extremely early stage, and the TCP is not aligned with the peripheral position of the panel and is installed between the panels. When it was done, stains were generated in spots and spread linearly with the passage of time, and in all cases, stains were recognized from the surface of the carpet pile to the deep part.

The mechanism of soiling is that when air contaminated by a pressure difference of a certain level or more is generated between the TCP finished double floor and the space under the floor, and the soiled air passes vertically through the joint gap of the TCP, a nearby carpet. It is presumed that stains will be deposited on the piles and gradually become more noticeable, and this is also called a filter phenomenon in the carpet industry.

As a method for preventing the generation of stains on the TCP joints, a part of the TCP finishing double floor is replaced with a grating (grid) or a grill (net) which allows the air having a large opening ratio to smoothly flow. , There is a proposal to quickly eliminate the pressure difference, but the adoption of these would raise the cost of installing a double floor and impair the soft finish atmosphere of the carpet. In addition, the grating installed
There was a case where an object was placed on the grill at a later date and the stain preventing effect could not be obtained, and another method was required.

FIG. 3 is a partially cut-away sectional view of another embodiment of the present invention, in which a double floor is connected and its top plate 6 is connected.
TCP is attached over the top plates so as not to coincide with the joints. At this time, the dirt is exposed on the joints along the back surface of the TCP, and thus adheres to the peripheral edge 2 of the front surface pile portion 1 of the TCP due to the filter phenomenon. However, at this time, by making the peripheral edge 2 of the pile surface portion 1 a dark color, it is possible to suppress the stain from becoming conspicuous.

[Function] A double floor having legs at the four corners and a top plate is connected to a floor base surface of concrete or the like as in the conventional case so that a power cord or the like can be housed between the floor and the double floor. However, the surface fiber portion on the double-floor top plate is continuous and the peripheral edge has a darker frame shape than the central portion, and is lined with resin.
By attaching CP, even if a contaminant flowing in the vertical direction of the floor panel adheres to the joint due to the filter phenomenon, the peripheral edge of the surface fiber portion is finished in a darker color than the center, so that the stain is not noticeable.
