2. Description of the Related Art Currently, medicines are taken and taken in the form of tablets, liquids, powders, solids and the like. Each is administered to a patient by being individually packaged in a single dose or stored in a container as a batch of several doses. As shown in FIG. 3, there are four-sided seals, three-sided seals, stick wraps, PTPs, etc. as the package of the drug to be taken, and suitable agents are packaged respectively, and the four-sided seal shown in FIG. B)
Three-way seals, (C) stick packaging, etc. are mainly packaged with powder or granules, and (D) PTP is a tablet packaging method. These packages have also been improved in terms of easy-opening, but even with a healthy person, the strength of the fingers becomes weaker as the elderly age, so the ease of taking out the medicine in these packaging methods is also at a satisfactory level. The reality is that it is not. Generally, it is difficult to take the medicine, and the bitter medicine is considered as a sugar-coated tablet or a capsule so that it can be easily taken. However, in an aging society, a drug form that is easier to take is desired, and various measures have been taken. Elderly people have the problem that powder and solid medicines are difficult to swallow, and the dosage form that they can easily take is gel. If it is a gel-like agent, it can be easily taken by the suction force of the suction from the opening. In the case of gel medicine, it is necessary to take measures against bacterial contamination and decay due to the presence of water content. That is, the technique of boil sterilization or retort sterilization, which is widely used in aseptic packaging or food packaging, is used, and individual packaging is performed for each unit of administration. On the other hand, as packaging materials and packaging forms suitable for these conditions, cans, bottles, plastic molded products, and the like are conceivable.
Both of them are difficult to open, and the price is high for individual packaging. The most promising is a flexible package, that is, a pouch, and the selection of the materials, the lamination (composite film formation), and the sealing technology will give a package that can withstand the retort sterilization. As you can imagine from the above, Figure 3
In the pouch in the conventional packaging form as shown in (A), (B), and (C), the gel body may be cut in the middle when being taken by the patient and may remain in the packaging bag.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] A conventional drug dosage form is provided in the form of a semi-solid or gel to provide fluidity, and a packaging form that is easy to take with general patients, especially for elderly patients who will increase more and more in the future. Supply. In the gel medicine, the medicine itself is easy to take (easy to take), but its packaging is a problem. If it is a gel, if you open the package and try to take it, if it remains in the bag without the full amount being discharged, the medicinal effect will not be fully exerted as intended, and even if you take it, it seems that the disease will recover. There is a possibility that there is no. Therefore, it is desirable to have a package that can be easily opened and can easily be swallowed when ingested.

[Means for Solving the Problem] Therefore, as a method for solving this problem, conventionally, the package was opened and taken from that side, but the other side of the bag is also opened to the extent that the contents do not spill. It has been found that the pores are provided and the patient inhales for dosing, with the aid of atmospheric pressure, the total amount of the contents smoothly exits, and by providing a package, in particular its seal shape and another opening of the invention. The desired packaging was obtained. The pouch looks like this: That is, "in a packaging form of a four-sided seal (including a deformable seal) for packaging the finally gelled content, a first opening for taking is provided, and at a site opposite to the opening, It is a bouch characterized by having a second opening, and also includes providing a filling part and a non-sealing part and interposing a porous membrane between them. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a front view and a sectional view of a pouch according to the present invention with a filling seal and finish cutting. Since the gel medicine contains water, it is necessary to take measures to prevent spoilage, and it is necessary to perform retort sterilization or aseptic packaging. As the step of retort sterilization (hereinafter referred to as retort treatment), 100-
By holding at 130 ° C for 5 to 30 minutes, the bacteria contained in or attached to the contents of the packaging material are killed. However, in the retort treatment, as described above, if there is a risk that the medicinal component decomposes or reacts with other components as a result of being exposed to a considerably high temperature, aseptic packaging is another method. You can also do it. Aseptic packaging can be referred to as <method of packaging aseptic packaging material with aseptic contents in an aseptic environment>. The packaging material such as the pouch of the present invention can be sterilized by immersion in a hydrogen peroxide solution and drying in a closed system.

As described above, when the two films are superposed on each other with their sealing surfaces inside, sealed, filled, and hermetically sealed, a first cut 2 is provided as shown in FIG. 1 (A), and A second cut 3 is provided. The first cut 2
Is a mouthpiece when the patient opens the first cut and takes a gel medicine, but the second cut 3 is opened before opening the first cut and sucks the medicine. At times, air is supplied from the back of the pouch, so that the gel can be smoothly sucked into the patient's mouth without exhaustion. FIG. 1 (B), in the sealing, a method of interposing the porous film between the housing portion and the unsealed portion of the content provided unsealed portion communicating with the accommodating portion of the contents, the PP 0 A sectional view is shown in FIG. 2 (A), and an enlarged view of the communicating portion is shown in FIG. 2 (B). If the gel-like drug in the contents is in a state where it is easy to separate water, if a vent is provided on the side opposite to the dose, the water that has drained will ooze out when taken,
Although it may spill out, it is highly possible that it contains medicinal components in the water that has been synergized, and it is not possible to take the entire amount of medicinal components. Not taken. If you like such a drug,
The folded porous film is sandwiched between the communicating portions so that the water separated from the air holes on the opposite side does not ooze out or spill out, and they are adhered by a partial seal as shown in FIG. 2B. The porous film is permeable to air but impermeable to liquid, and the porous films have no heat-sealing property, and the seal resin layer on the inner surface of the pouch has a heat-sealing property. . The function of the porous resin film when taken is shown in Fig. 3 (C).
As shown in (3), by opening the second opening, air is allowed to flow in through the opening of the non-sealed portion through the porous film to smoothly suck the medicine. As the porous film, a fluorine porous film or a nonwoven fabric laminated with perforated PET or CPP can be used.

When taking the medicine packaged by the pouch of the present invention, the pouch is opened from the first and second cuts, but the method for making it easy for the elderly to open is the various laminated film constitutions described above. It is preferable to weaken the base film, for example, the planned tear line portion of PET, ON, or the like. As a method of weakening, a known method such as half-cutting with a cutter or weakening with a carbon dioxide gas laser can be used.

When a patient takes a gel-like drug, the shape is preferably a rocket-like shape as shown in FIG. 1 for inhaling from the first opening, but depending on the dose, etc. The sealing mold may be designed in the form of a medicine each time. The slipperiness between the innermost surface material that constitutes the packaging material and the gelling agent of the contents, in other words, the releasability of the innermost surface material, may be related. There is also a solution to make the shape considered in the mold.
