Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide an elevator not giving unpleasant feeling to an elevator passenger by preventing generation of draft sound called as a whistling phenomenon. CONSTITUTION:A flexible shield plate 11 is installed on right and left door panels 1a or the like. The shield plate 11 conceals a gap between the panels 1a or the like and a wall section 3. Also, the plate 11 is deformed, due to an air flow generated due to the ascending or descending motion of an elevator body. Thus, when the elevator body travels in a shaft, an air volume coming from an elevator entrance to the shaft of the elevator body is reduced. Also, a small volume of the air enters the shaft of the elevator body from the elevator entrance, and the flexible shield plate 11 is irregularly deformed, thereby disturbing an air flow. As a result, generation of draft sound called as a whistling phenomenon can be prevented.

2. Description of the Related Art As shown in FIG. 8, an elevator entrance / exit includes a left door panel 1a, a right door panel 1b, and a left entrance / exit frame 2a, a right entrance / exit frame 2b, and an upper entrance / exit frame 2c which form the periphery thereof. ing. The left entrance / exit frame 2a, the right entrance / exit frame 2b, and the upper entrance / exit frame 2c are fixed to the peripheral end of a rectangular opening formed in the wall 3 of a building such as a building.

As shown in FIG. 9, a gap S is formed between the left door panel 1a and the left entrance / exit frame 2a. Also,
Although not shown, a gap S is similarly formed between the right door panel 1b and the right entrance / exit frame 2b. In this way, the gaps S are formed between the left and right door panels 1a, 1b and the left and right door frames 2a, 2b, respectively, so that the left and right door panels 1a, 1b are opened and closed.
The left and right door panels 1a, 1b can be smoothly opened and closed without generating frictional resistance between the a, 1b and the left and right entrance / exit frames 2a, 2b. Further, since the gap S is formed, the left and right door panels 1a, 1b are attached to the left and right door frames 2a, 2
It is possible to prevent troubles such as contact with b and damage. Furthermore, this gap S is necessary for absorbing mounting errors when mounting the elevator device to the building.

However, when the elevator runs at high speed, the air at the elevator entrance / exit flows into the elevator hoistway through the gap S, and the so-called whistle blowing phenomenon (draft sound called "pew") occurs. Occurs. This draft sound has a problem that it gives an elevator user an unpleasant feeling. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 10, a shield 4 is provided on the outer edge of the left door panel 1a in order to reduce the draft sound, and the shield 4 and the left entrance / exit frame 2a.
There is provided an elevator in which the gap S is shielded by combining and in a non-contact state. However, also in the case of this elevator, air at the elevator entrance / exit is vigorously flown into the elevator hoistway through the gap formed by the shield 4 and the left entrance / exit opening frame 2a, and a draft sound is generated.

According to the present invention, the flexible shielding member is provided on the door panel member or the wall portion. The shielding member shields the gap between the door panel member and the wall portion, and the shielding member is deformed by the air flow generated by the elevator body moving up and down. Therefore, when the elevator body travels up and down in the hoistway, the amount of air flowing into the hoistway of the elevator body from the elevator entrance / exit decreases. Further, since a small amount of air flows into the elevator passage from the elevator entrance / exit port and the flexible shielding member is deformed irregularly, the air flow is disturbed. As a result, it is possible to prevent generation of a draft sound called a whistle blowing phenomenon.

Further, in FIG. 2, a shield portion 11b is formed at the left end portion of the mounting portion 11a, and the shield portion 11b is the mounting portion 1a.
It is formed in a tapered shape with a slight inclination with respect to 1a. The width of the shielding portion 11b is set so that the dimension w 2 shown in FIG. 3 is substantially the same as the gap S formed by the left door panel 1a and the left entrance / exit frame 2a. As a result, when the left door panel 1a closes the elevator entrance / exit, the end of the shielding portion 11b moves together with the left door panel 1a and contacts the left entrance / exit frame 2a (wall portion). In this case, the shield 1
Since 1b is formed of a flexible member such as soft resin or rubber and is formed in a tapered shape in a state slightly inclined with respect to the mounting portion 11a, the contact resistance of the shielding portion 11b in contact with the left door panel 1a. Can be made smaller.

When the left door panel 1a closes the elevator entrance / exit in this way, the end of the shielding portion 11b closes the gap S formed between the left door panel 1a and the left entrance / exit frame 2a, so that the elevator entrance / exit is The elevating passage through which the elevator body travels up and down is shielded by the shielding portion 11b. In addition,
As described above, it is desirable that the shielding portion 11b is formed in a tapered shape in a state of being slightly inclined with respect to the mounting portion 11a, but the shape of the shielding portion 11b is not limited to this. Further, although it is desirable that the end portion of the shielding portion 11b is in contact with the entrance / exit frame 2a, some gap may be formed between the end portion of the shielding portion 11b and the entrance / exit frame 2a.

As is clear from the above description, according to the elevator apparatus of the present invention, when the left door panel 1a is closed, the shielding portion 11 moves together with the left door panel 1a, and the end portion of the shielding portion 11b has the left entrance / exit frame. Contact 2a.
As a result, the gap S formed by the left door panel 1a and the left entrance / exit frame 2a is closed by the shielding part 11b, so that the elevator entrance / exit and the elevating passage through which the elevator body travels up and down are shielded by the shielding part 11b.

In this state, when the elevator main body travels at high speed, the amount of air flowing into the elevator passage from the elevator entrance / exit is reduced. Further, since a small amount of air flows into the ascending / descending passage of the elevator main body from the elevator entrance / exit port, the shielding portion 11b is irregularly deformed, so that the air flow is disturbed. As a result, it is possible to prevent the generation of a draft sound, which is a so-called whistling phenomenon.

Second Embodiment In the first embodiment, the case where the end portion of the shielding portion 11b is formed in a linear shape has been described. However, as in the second embodiment shown in FIG. 4, the slit-shaped notch 16 is formed at the end portion of the shielding portion 11b. , 16 ... may be formed. In this way, by forming the slit-shaped notches 16, 16 ... At the end of the shielding portion 11b, the amount of air flowing from the elevator entrance / exit into the elevator passage of the elevator body is suppressed to a small amount, and the air flow is reduced. Embodiment 3 In Embodiment 2, a slit-shaped notch 1 is formed at the end of the shielding portion 11b.
Although the case where 6, 16, ... Is formed has been described, saw blade-shaped notches 18, 18, ... May be formed at the end of the shielding portion 11b as in the third embodiment shown in FIG. In this way, by forming the saw-tooth-shaped notches 18, 18 ... At the end of the shielding portion 11b, the amount of air flowing from the elevator entrance / exit into the elevator passage of the elevator body is suppressed to a small amount, and the air flow is reduced. Embodiment 4 In Embodiments 1 to 3, the shield portion 11b is provided at the end of the mounting portion 11a.
However, the brush 19 may be formed at the left end portion of the mounting portion 11a as in the fourth embodiment shown in FIGS. 6 and 7. Thus, by forming the brush 19 at the left end of the mounting portion 11a, it is possible to suppress the amount of air flowing into the elevator passage of the elevator body from the elevator entrance / exit to a small amount, and to disturb the air flow. As a result, the same effect as in Examples 1 to 3 can be obtained. 6 and 7, the same components as those in the first to third embodiments are designated by the same reference numerals and the description thereof will be omitted.
