Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in order to infuse an antibiotic agent contained in a vial via an intravenous drip, a syringe containing a solution such as physiological saline or 5% glucose solution is injected through a needle. Then, the solution was taken, and the solution was injected into the vial with a syringe to dissolve the antibiotic, and after the drip set was attached to the vial, drip was performed. To drip the dissolved antibiotic (hereinafter “medicine”), insert the drip set into a vial and use the drop from the vial to fill part of the drug up to about half of the drip observation tube. This is a complicated work of filling the liquid so that the tube following the observation tube is not filled with air. This work not only requires a high degree of skill, but also required a lot of time and labor. If the technique of this work is immature, there was always the risk of liquid leakage in the middle of the process and bacterial contamination of the drug solution. The present invention aims to develop an infusion set that simplifies attachment of the infusion set to a vial, excluding its drawbacks, and realizes a great deal of work rationalization and high sterility at the same time.

It is configured by connecting two. The drip chamber 25 can collectively serve as a drip rate observing section and a liquid reservoir. At the tip of the infusion tube 11, a bottle needle 1a
Is attached, and the connector 5 is attached to the tip of the infusion tube 12.
(6 is a sealing cap in the figure) or the puncture needle 7 is directly attached. At the upstream of the connector 5, a tacho tube 13 for bleeding air is arranged. When the connector 5 is provided, it is used by connecting with a separately inserted puncture needle 7. The drip chamber 25, the infusion tube 12, the tacho tube 13 and the connector 5 are previously filled with a solution such as physiological saline or glucose. Further, by providing a clamp 26 for adjusting the flow rate in the middle of the infusion tube 12, the infusion tubes 11 and 12 and the drip chamber 25 are filled with the dissolving solution to dissolve the drug solution in the dissolving solution and the infusion rate is adjusted while adjusting the drip rate. It can be performed. A connecting pipe 21 is provided in the middle of the liquid transfusing tube 11, and a connecting tube 22 is attached to the connecting pipe 21.
A bag 24 (a bag 24 containing a solution) in which a solution such as a physiological saline solution or glucose is enclosed is attached via the. A communication member 23 is arranged in the middle of the connection tube 22.

The bottle needle 1a is pierced into the chemical solution bottle 8, the sealing cap 6 covering the tip of the connector 5 is removed, and the puncture needle 7 is attached to the tip of the connector 5 (in FIG. 1, 27 is a ventilation needle). Then, the communication member 23 is destroyed and the solution 9 in the bag 24 is filled into the infusion tube 11, the bottle needle 1a, and the drip chamber 25. The bottle needle 1a is connected to the liquid medicine bottle 8, and the liquid medicine 1 in the liquid medicine bottle 8 is connected.
0 is introduced into the drip chamber 25 while being dissolved in the infusion tube 11.

薬液10の点滴速度はクランプ26で調節できる。Next, when the clamp 26 is opened, the solution 9 naturally drops, and the infusion tube 12, the tacho tube 13, the connector 5 and the insertion needle 7 are filled with the solution. The drug solution 10 is filled in the drip chamber 25, and the bubbles in the drug solution 10 are collected in the upper part of the drip chamber 25, so that there is no possibility that bubbles will be mixed into the infusion tube 12. Chemical liquid 1
While 0 is dissolved in the drip chamber 25 and the infusion tube 12, it is infused into the patient via the puncture needle 7.
The drip rate of the drug solution 10 can be adjusted by the clamp 26.
