Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a system which is arranged in a room wherein a large number of people gather, normally feeds a comfortable cool/warm air, instantly discharges smoke to the outside at the time of a fire, and at the same time, prevents an oxygen deficient condition in the room from generating. CONSTITUTION:In a machine, a fan 5 to pressurize supply air into a room, and a fan 10 for smoke-discharging, which draws in return air from the room as well are arranged. Then, on a suction passage A of the fan 5, a cold/hot water coil 6, a humidifier and a filter are arranged. Then, a discharge passage of the fan 10 is branched to provide a smoke-discharging passage D and a circulation passage B. Then, one end of the circulation passage B is connected to a point wherein an outside air intake passage C and an air passage A are connected. Dampers (a), (b), (c), (d), (e) are respectively arranged at an outlet of the fan 5, inlet of the fan 10, passage B, passage C and passage D. At the time of a fire, (a), (c), (d) are closed, and (b), (e) are opened, and the fan 10 is operated to discharge smoke to the outside of the room. In addition, in response to the concentration of the smoke, the damper (c) is closed, and all other dampers (a), (b), (d), (e) are opened, and the outside air is introduced by the operation of the pressurizing fan 5, and at the same time, the smoke in the room is powerfully forced out to a smoke-discharging port, and an oxygen deficiency in the room is prevented from generating.

2. Description of the Related Art Generally, it is well known that hotels, department stores, halls, etc., where a large number of people gather as described above, are provided with various blame facilities in the event of an accident such as a fire. Naturally, it is also known that a considerable concentration of smoke is generated with the occurrence of the above-mentioned fire, which is a serious cause of loss of many human lives. In view of such circumstances, so-called smoke exhaust devices have been developed for the purpose of exhausting the above-mentioned smoke while simultaneously controlling the air conditioning in the room, but most of them are configured separately from indoor cooling and heating devices. Therefore, it becomes very bulky, and especially in a small space such as an installation space, the size becomes unavoidably small, and there is a drawback that a sufficient function cannot be expected due to this. Moreover, since most of the air blown into the room was introduced through the duct by suction, outside air was distorted between the rooms due to the expansion of outside air, and a comfortable and ideal distribution of outside air could not be obtained. The inventor first developed an indoor return air, exhaust, and smoke exhaust device (Japanese Patent Application No. 63-114428) for the purpose of solving the above-mentioned drawbacks all at once.
Since both the return air and exhaust air blower and the air supply air blower both of which are installed in such a device use a normal air blower, for example, the amount of air blown out in the room depends on the air environment in the room. When the return air flow rate is large compared to the small air flow rate, the difference in the air flow rate causes people to have difficulty in breathing, often causing a choking phenomenon, that is, an oxygen deficient body, which is a serious problem. It turned out to be flawed.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention is intended to fundamentally solve the above-mentioned problems, and a smoke exhaust mechanism is integrally incorporated in a conventionally used cooling / heating air conditioner. In particular, by using a pressure blower for the above blower, it is possible to expect a healthy indoor environment by balancing the air volume in the room, and to form a compact overall shape to immediately perform normal operation in an emergency. Its main purpose is to switch to the smoke removal function, and to prevent the oxygen deficient body from being difficult to minimize especially in the event of a smoke damage disaster.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention was developed in view of the above-mentioned object, and its outline as a system is as follows: a blower port, an outside air inlet port, and a return air inlet port An opening is provided, and a heat exchange blow passage A that communicates the outside air introduction port and the blow port is formed in the machine, and a return air blow passage B that connects the return air port and the blow port is formed adjacent to the blow passage A. In the heat exchange blast passage A, cold, hot water coil,
A mechanical device such as a humidifier, a filter, and a pressure fan are arranged, and an air flow switching damper c is installed between the heat exchange air passage A and the return air air passage B so that both air passages A and B can be switched. The return air blowing passage B and the smoke exhaust opening that is opened on one side of the aircraft are communicated with each other through the smoke exhaust passage D, and each smoke exhaust switching damper d is installed between the return air blowing passage B and the smoke exhaust passage D.
In the event of an emergency, only the damper c is closed so that the return air and smoke exhausting fan is driven to supply the outside air and at the same time exhaust indoor smoke through the smoke exhaust to the outside.

The operation will now be described. In the normal operation, the air in the room is returned by opening the airflow switching dampers a, b and c along with the operation of the pressure fan 5 as shown in FIG. The heat is exchanged from the air outlet 4 through the heat exchange ventilation passage A to an appropriate temperature by the cold and hot water coils 6 in the heat exchange chamber,
The cold and warm air is supplied from the blower port 2 through the duct to the inside and outside of the room at a predetermined temperature. Further, when it is necessary to take in fresh outside air during the above operation, by opening the outside air introduction damper d, the fresh outside air is cooled and warmed together with the room return air through the heat exchange blow passage A from the outside air introduction port 3. It can be delivered indoors. In particular, since the pressurizing fan 5 is used as the blower on the return air side in this invention, the air blown into the room becomes forced air, so that balanced air-conditioning expansion can be obtained in a wide range of the room. When a fire occurs in such a state, as shown in FIG. 2, the smoke detector switches the smoke exhaust switching damper e to open automatically, and at the same time, the air flow switching damper c and the outside air introducing damper d close to return air and exhaust. By driving the smoke fan 10, indoor smoke from the return air port 4 is guided to the duct through the smoke exhaust passage D and the smoke exhaust port 9 and discharged to the outside.

In particular, in the present invention, the exhaust gas concentration and the oxygen deficient body may occur in the room. In such a situation, as shown in FIG. 2, the heat exchange air blowing passage A and the return air blowing passage B return air. By closing only the wind flow switching damper c on the side and rotating the pressurizing fan 5 and the return air / smoke exhaust fan 10 at the same time, the pressurizing operation of the pressurizing fan 5 makes the smoke filled in the room stronger. Not only is it sent to the smoke exhaust port 9 by pressure, but outside air is also introduced, so oxygen deficiency is prevented in advance, and it is possible to easily and reliably prevent this even if the smoke has a high concentration. It can be discharged.
