How to clean the gas stream
The present invention is directed to an apparatus for dehumidifying a gas stream by cooling and desorbing gaseous impurities.
Reheat to enter and heat the desorbed gas stream to produce a hot gas stream, which is
Introduced into the desorption device in order to clean the gas stream and carry the impurities accumulated in it.
And introduce it into the combustion device to burn the dirty hot gas and
Removes hot combustion gases from the combustor to perform its function in the thermal process,
Wet gas stream containing gaseous impurities such as exhaust gas stream from the spray chamber of a coating plant
How to clean.
The method described above involves paint particles and volatile solvents, starting from the spray chamber of the plant.
Used in paint plants to clean the entire exhaust stream. This prior art
In that method, the gas stream is introduced through a dust separator where the particles are
From the gas stream and is cooled as it leaves the dust separator. Dust
A portion of the gas leaving the separator is heated by the hot gas stream as a cooling gas stream.
It is guided through the desorption device to cool these parts of the device. this
The cooling gas stream is then used as the desorption gas stream. The hot combustion gas from the combustor
Introduced into the heat exchanger to release heat to the desorbed gas stream introduced through the heat exchanger
To be done. In addition, a heat exchanger is used for the cooling gas stream exiting the dust separator
.
The object of the present invention is to consume less energy and to require a heat exchanger more than the conventional method.
Offers a less expensive cleaning method that is less expensive to implement than traditional methods
It is to be.
According to the invention, this object is to cool the hot combustion gases from the combustion device into the cooling gas flow.
And a desorbed gas stream and introduced into it and mixed therewith.
Will be achieved.
When using the method according to the invention it is necessary to carry out the prior art method described above
2 heat exchangers can be arranged.
In the prior art, this is the amount that acts as a high temperature gas flow, and the amount of cold
If the reject gas stream is used in a corresponding way when carrying out the method according to the invention
, The hot combustion gas can be effectively reduced to meet the cooling effect,
The desorbed gas stream is fed to form a stream.
The present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

It is indicated by some arrows.
The plant shown in FIG. 1 and the plant shown in FIG.
Cleans paint particles, volatile solvents and water vapor exiting the runt spray chamber 1.
Used for. Air is blown by the fan 3 through the air conditioner 2.
Is blown into the spray chamber 1. Most (about 90%) of the air blown into the spray chamber 1
, Is circulated in the manner detailed below, whereas this air has a temperature of about 23 ° C.
And an air flow having a relative humidity of about 60% in a spray chamber.

The air stream exiting the spray chamber 1 and having a temperature of about 18 ° C. is depleted of impurities such as paint particles.
Introduced through a dust separator, such as a wet settler, which separates the particles from the air stream
. When the air flow exits the dust separator 4, it is removed by being cooled by the cooler 5.
Get damp.
An additional air flow is supplied to the cooling air flow exiting the cooler 5 described below, and the

7'or 7 "consists of multiple segment-shaped rotors containing suitable desorbents.
This desorbent is a zeolite arranged in the rotor 7'as shown in Fig. 1.
2 and the activated carbon of the rotor 7 ″ shown in FIG. 2, for example, US Pat.
No. 7,128 shows this type of rotor.
The flow passage through the rotor 7'or 7 "is provided by a fixed groove wall (not shown).
And covers the cross-sectional area of most of the three parts of the rotor, mainly the circular shape of the rotor.
A gas cleaning section that introduces most of the flowing gas stream and two smaller
It is divided into parts, one part of which is used to cool the desorption member.
The smaller part of the gas to be introduced is the cooling part, the other part is the rotor.
Desorption part where hot gas flow is introduced to clean and carry deposited impurities
Is. The cooling air flow is regulated by the register 8. Rotor 7'or 7 "
Is rotated during use, which causes it to move away from the gas cleaning portion of the flow passage.
The inserted part is gradually inserted into the desorption part of the flow passage so that the part is cleaned, and then
, Is inserted into the cooling part of the flow passage to be cooled.
Most of the cleaned gas stream exiting the desorption device or rotor 7'or 7 "is

The remaining combustion gas (about 30%) cooled by the heat exchanger 12 is released to the surrounding atmosphere.
Before passing through the heat recovery device 14.
The plant shown in Fig. 2 uses activated carbon instead of zeolite as described above.
In addition, an incinerator with a recuperative heat exchanger is used as a combustion device instead of a heat storage heat exchanger.
It is different from that shown in FIG. The incinerator used is an example

,
It is introduced into a recoverable incinerator, where combustion occurs. Removed from combustor 10 "
The combustion gas has a temperature of about 206 ° C. Some of the combustion gas (about 45%) is registered
Is introduced into the desorption section through the filter 13 where it mixes with the cooling air flow from the desorption device 7 '.
Combined with it to produce a hot gas stream. The cooling air flow exiting the desorption device 7'is
The ratio (5.5) has a temperature of about 50 ° C. and the hot gas stream obtains a temperature of about 120 ° C.
: 4.5) mixed with combustion gas having a temperature of about 206 ° C. Desorption device 7 "
Upon exiting, the hot gas stream has a temperature of about 70 ° C. Remaining combustion gas (approx. 55%)
Is introduced at the outlet of the cooler 5 to mix with the cooling air exiting the device. Fig. 1
