Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 加圧ガスの供給および電気的制御入力を受け入れ、この電気的制御入力の 関数として制御された空気出力を発生する変換器において、 供給された加圧ガスの少なくとも一部を受け入れるための入口および出口を備 えた通路を、その内部に有するハウジングと、 出口から排出されたガスを受け入れる調整ノズル、および電気的制御信号に応 答して変位することができ、かつ調整ノズルと協動するデフレクタを備え、調整 された空気出力を提供するガス調整器と、 捕獲プレートおよび当該捕獲プレートに対してガスを指向させる捕獲ノズルを 備え、前記通路の内部に配置された粒子捕獲器とを具備したことを特徴とする空 気装置の変換器。 2.前記捕獲ノズルは、不所望の同伴粒子を捕獲プレート表面に付着させること によって前記粒子をガスから分離できる大きさに規定され、減数された同伴粒子 のみがガス調整器に達するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気装 置の変換器。 3.前記変換器の調整ノズルは第1の断面積の出口を具備し、 前記捕獲ノズルは第2の断面積の出口を具備し、第2の断面積は第1の断面積の 1ないし2倍であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気装置の変換器。 4.前記粒子捕獲器は、捕獲ノズルを有して通路内に配置された内挿体を具備し 、 前記通路は第1の貫通路および当該第1の貫通路よりも大きい第2の貫通路を 具備し、 ハウジングは第1および第2の貫通路の間にショルダ部を具備し、 捕獲ノズルの少なくとも一部は第1の通路内に配置され、捕獲プレートはショ ルダ部に押さえつけられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の変換器。 5.前記捕獲プレートはハウジングから取り外し可能であることを特徴とする請 求項4に記載の空気装置の変換器。 6.前記捕獲プレートは略“X”型であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の空 気装置の変換器。 7.前記挿入物は、 ショルダ部に対して押さえつけられるフランジと、 フランジを捕獲ノズルに接続するスリーブとをさらに具備したことを特徴とす る請求項4に記載の空気装置の変換器。 8.前記粒子捕獲器は、 捕獲ノズルを備え、かつ多数の捕獲ノズル出口を備えた捕獲ノズル列をさらに 備え、多数の捕獲ノズル出口は第1の総断面積を有し、調整ノズルは第2の断面 積を有する出口を備え、第1の総断面積は第2の断面積の1ないし2倍であるこ とを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気装置の変換器。 9.前記ハウジングは、第1と命名された通路と分岐点において連結される第2 の通路を具備し、空気出力は第2通路内におけるガス圧によって制御され、 変位可能デフレクタは調整ノズルと協動して第2通路内のガス圧を変化させ、 その結果、変換器の空気出力を変化させ、 分岐点は捕獲ノズルと調整ノズルとの間に配置され、捕獲ノズルはガス流制限 器として機能する大きさに規定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気装 置の変換器。 10. 加圧ガスの供給および電気的制御入力を受け入れ、この電気的制御入力 の関数として制御された空気出力を発生する変換器において、 供給された加圧ガスの少なくとも一部を受け入れるための入口および出口を備 えた通路を、その内部に有するハウジングと、 出口から排出されたガスを受け入れる調整ノズル、および電気的制御信号に応 答して変位することができ、かつ調整ノズルと協動するデフレクタを備え、調整 された空気出力を提供するガス調整器と、 捕獲面と、 通路内部に配置され、捕獲面に対してガスを指向させる捕獲ノズルとを具備し たことを特徴とする空気装置の変換器。 11.前記捕獲ノズルは捕獲面に対して位置決めされ、その大きさは、不所望の 同伴粒子を前記捕獲面に付着させることによってガスから分離できる大きさに規 定され、減算された同伴粒子のみがガス調整器に達するようにしたことを特徴と する請求項10に記載の空気装置の変換器。
