The device is primarily intended for surface finishing of fiber mats such as paper or cardboard which pass between a pressure roll and a moving belt under pressure. The pressure roll is heated to a temperature of at least 100 ° C. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION A device for pressing a moving web is known from the international application PCT / SE92 / 000 41 and is applied to a shoe via a sliding belt between a pressing roll and a counter roll. When pressure is applied, the shoe has a concave shape similar to the shape of the pressing roll on the pressing roll side and a non-concave shape on the supporting opposing roll side. Furthermore, in the prior art, a pressing device is known from U.S. Pat. No. 4,287,021, in which a concave shoe is guided on a plurality of guide rolls, a conveyor belt and a beam structure or Pressure is applied through an endless guide belt guided on the outer shell which is supported by a guide roll. The transport belt receives moisture from the web in the pressing area. In both of these references, the pressing device was primarily intended to remove moisture from the web moving on the conveyor belt, so that the moving belt does not come into contact with the web. As a result, the surface uniformity and elasticity of the belt is not important and there is no requirement for its properties. Furthermore, in the prior art, a calendering device is known from DE-A-363 32692-A1, in which a web is conveyed through a calendering nip formed between two rolls. Both of the two rolls are controllably driven and a soft belt surrounds one of the rolls. A "ironing" action is applied to the web which drives the rolls at different speeds so as to press the rolls against each other very lightly and to create a satinating effect by friction. This device improves the surface of the web solely due to the speed difference between the web and the roll facing the web and the friction-abrasive action. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION One of the main objects of the invention is that the moving web is pressed against a pressing roll with a uniform pressure, irrespective of variations in its thickness, of the general type of pressing indicated in the preamble of this specification. It is to provide a device. Another purpose is to achieve effective cooling of the belt. Yet another object is to provide the possibility of preheating the web in a controlled manner before the pressing area. In order to achieve the main object, the pressing device according to the invention has the features stated in the main claims of the claims. In this way, it is possible to obtain a smooth and uniform web surface on the side facing the pressing roll, despite variations in the web thickness. The moving web is pressed in a pressing area formed between a pressing roll and an elastic belt supported by a roll of suitable diameter or a fixed slide or shoe. To obtain the desired effect, the average unit pressure in the pressing area should be relatively high, ie at least about 2 MPa, and the surface temperature of the pressing roll should be at least 100 ° C, preferably 150 ° C to 250 ° C. The web-facing side of the belt typically has a roughness of 2 microns, but, importantly, a more uniform surface structure than that of the side of the web contacting the belt in the pressing area, such as the mean air pressure of the web. A surface finish that provides a surface structure that is at least equal to the pore size, suitably 50%, preferably 25%, and especially 10% thereof. A high unit pressure in the pressing area causes the smooth elastic belt to follow the shape of the non-uniform side of the web facing the belt, resulting in a very uniform pressure on the web. As a result, the uniformity and evenness of the pressing action on the side of the web facing the pressing roll is improved. This pressing action typically results in a belt thickness reduction of at least about 3% in the middle of the pressing area. This usually gives significantly greater pressing depressions than the deepest non-uniformities in typical paper and cardboard. The cooling effect of the cooling agent on the back side of the moving belt in the support facing protects the belt from overheating in the middle where the reinforcing structure is normally located. In order to achieve the additional advantage of preheating the moving web in front of the pressing area, the moving web is moved by the moving belt following the heated pressing roll in front of the pressing area. It is pressed against the pressing roll. This pressure is a function of belt tension and, therefore, to a large extent on the physical properties of the belt, much higher than if the moving web were in contact with the pressure roll alone (without the belt). Of course. It is also desirable to control the contact (preheat) time in front of the pressing area, which can be done by adjusting the guide rolls guiding the belt in front of the pressing area. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the support facing constitutes a cylindrical roll, so that the inner side of the belt facing this roll contacts the moving surface (roll) in the pressing area, rather than slipping on the fixed member. As such, the inside of this belt may be a relatively non-uniform surface. It is possible to provide a pressing region having a desired length by selecting an appropriate diameter of the roll by using the facing member that constitutes the roll. The larger the diameter of both the pressing roll and the opposing roll, the longer the pressing area. The length of the pressing area is also a function of the elasticity and thickness of the belt moving around the opposing roll. In practice, the length of the pressing area may be about 1-10 cm. A 10 cm long pressing area can be achieved by using a relatively large diameter roll (about 1.5 meter diameter) in association with a 1 cm thick elastic belt. In this case, the pressing depression of the belt is about 1 mm. The surface roughness of the belt facing the web is suitably 5 microns, preferably 2 microns, most preferably 1 micron. The counter rolls can be cooled with water, whereas if the support counter constitutes a sliding shoe or body, the oil circulating in a closed loop containing an oil cooler can be preferentially used. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The present invention will now be described with reference to the non-limiting schematic illustrations of pressure rolls shown in the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is an end view of an embodiment of the present invention showing a roll constituting a support facing member in a partial cross section, and FIG. 2 is an alternative embodiment of the present invention showing a sliding member constituting a support facing member in a partial cross section. FIG. 3 is a partial cross-sectional end view showing an adjustable guide roll for obtaining an adjustable length preheating zone prior to the pressing zone. In the drawings of the preferred embodiments , the same reference numbers are used to indicate the same or similar details. FIG. 1 shows a pressing device for a moving web, which is formed between a cylindrical pressing roll 1 and a belt 5 which is supported by the opposing members which form the roll 2. The moving web 6 is passed between a rotating pressure roll and a moving belt. A guide roll 3 and a tension roll 4 are provided for guiding the belt and maintaining an appropriate tension. The pressing roll and the opposing roll are pressed against each other by any known load mechanism (not shown) to form a pressing area 7. The pressure roll is heated to a temperature of at least 100 ° C. The counter rolls can be cooled by known devices not shown here. In FIG. 2, the opposing body constitutes the sliding body 9 supported by the beam 15. A lubrication duct 10 and a lubrication nozzle 12 are provided to lubricate the area between the sliding body 9 and the moving belt 5. Duct 13 is shown for a cooling fluid that conducts heat in a closed loop containing a heat exchanger. The optional known loading mechanism for loading between the pressure roll and the slide is not shown here. The slide is adjustable from the end flange 50 as shown by arrow 52. The moving web 6 passes between the pressing roll 1 and the moving belt 5 in the pressing area 7. In FIG. 3, an adjustable guide roll 16 is shown in the direction of the arrow 14, which guide roll 16 is included for the purpose of obtaining a variable length preheating zone 8 in front of the pressing zone 7. The moving belt 5 surrounds the guide roll 16. Except for this guide roll, the device is similar to that shown in FIG. The practical solution of the details in the pressing device according to the present invention has not been described in detail, but is within the known or customary practice of the related art of the present invention and is therefore readily apparent to those skilled in the art. right.
