Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.1つ、或いは、複数のピストン14、15、又は、同様な運動伝達アームに 前後運動を生じさせる圧力媒体作動式装置であって、囲まれ空間内で圧力媒体に よって前後運動する主ピストンを有し、主ピストン3を移動させる圧力媒体の制 御バルブシステム8、9が前記主ピストンの内部にある前記装置において、制御 バルブシステムに1つ、或いは、複数のシートバルブ8、9があり、その可動部 品8、9がリング形状の密封前面24、25を有し、前記バルブが開いたときに これらの前面に圧力がすぐに作用し、バルブ8、9を開かせる力を増加させるこ とを特徴とする圧力媒体作動式装置。 2.主ピストン3に排出路13があり、該排出路13を介しての媒体の作動圧力 の増圧及び/又は減圧によりバルブ8、9を閉じ、或いは、開かせることを特徴 とする請求項1に記載の装置。 3.路13が主ピストン3内で本体2に対して移動することができるようにする ため、シャットオフ部分26が、主ピストンの移動の距離をその長さによって決 定するように本体に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1、又は、請求項2 に記載の装置。 4.路13を開閉する部分26が、円筒本体2の内面であることを特徴とする請 求項3に記載の装置。 5.圧力媒体により作動し、円筒状ポンプ本体2と、1つ、或いは、複数の前後 移動ポンプピストン14、15と、流体、或いは、ガスを本体2の内部に圧送す るための、各ピストン用のシリンダ1と、ポンプピストン14、15に連結され た、本体2の内側の主ピストン3とを有するポンプにおいて、主ピストン3が、 主ピストンの両側に圧力を伝達する駆動圧力用のバルブ8、9と、バルブ8、9 の作用を制御する排出路13と、排出路13を閉じ、ピストンストロークの長さ を調節する部分26とを有することを特徴とするポンプ。 6.ポンプピストン14、15を終端させる2つの端があり、主ピストン3が液 圧流体の圧力によって移動され、バルブ8、9が圧力制御式シートバルブである ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のポンプ。
