Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.給電電圧タップ(12,13)および測定電圧タップ(14,15)を備え たホイートストンブリッジ(1)を有する測定セル(18)と、給電−測定機器 (21)と、複数の線路を含む接続ケーブル(19)とが設けられている、熱伝 導形可調整真空計の作動方法において、 測定セル(18)内に設けられているホイートストンブリッジ(1)の1つ の給電電圧タップ(12,13)の電圧を、前記接続ケーブル(19)の各線路 のうちの1つ(26)を介して無電流平衡状態で検出し、測定値形成に際して考 慮することを特徴とする、 熱伝導形可調整真空計の作動方法。 2.前記接続ケーブルのうち別の2つの線路(36,37)を介して、圧力0の ときに値0が表示されるまで前記測定セル内の可調整の抵抗(35)を調整する ことによりゼロ点補正を行い、前記の両方の線路(36,37)を介して一方で は前記の可調整の抵抗(35)へ補償電圧(UA)が供給され、他方では該抵抗 (35)は測定信号増幅器(34)の入力側と接続されている、請求項1記載の 方法。 3.給電電圧タップ(12,13)の電圧の無電流平衡状態での測定に用いる前 記接続ケーブル(19) の線路(26)をゼロ点補正のためにも用いる、請求項2記載の方法。 4.測定ブリッジ(1)の構成部分である温度に依存する抵抗(9)の値または 温度を求め、相応の信号を温度に依存する補正信号として測定値形成に際して考 慮する、請求項2または3記載の方法。 5.線路長補償のための、ゼロ点補正のための、および/または温度補償のため の信号を測定信号増幅器(34)の入力側へ、または測定値処理に用いるコンピ ュータユニット(48)の1つへ供給する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の 方法。 6.ブリッジ(1)の給電および測定信号の伝送に用いられる線路(22〜25 )のほかに1つの別の接続線路(26)が設けられており、該接続線路は給電電 圧タップ(12,13)の電圧値の無電流平衡状態での測定に用いられることを 特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法を実施する回路。 7.ブリッジ(1)の給電および測定信号の伝送に用いられる線路(22〜25 )のほかに2つの別の線路(37,40)が設けられており、該接続線路はゼロ 点補正信号の伝送にも線路長補償信号の伝送にも用いられることを特徴とする、 請求項3記載の方法を実施する回路。 8.測定機器側において前記の2つの別の線路(37,40)にスイッチ(42 ,44)が配属されており、 該スイッチにより、ゼロ点補正を可能にするかまたは線路長補償を可能にする回 路状態が導入される、請求項7記載の回路。 9.前記測定セル(18)の領域における温度変動に起因する測定エラーを回避 する手段(46,47)が設けられている、請求項6〜8のいずれか1項記載の 回路。 10.測定信号増幅器(34)またはコンピュータユニット(48)が設けられて おり、該増幅器またはコンピュータユニットへ、線路長補償、ゼロ点補正および または温度補償に用いられる信号が供給される、請求項9記載の回路。
