Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 生物学的利用性のあるカルシウムを与え、もし液状であるならば、カル シウムの沈殿に対して、29℃の温度で少なくとも4時間安定であり、下記のも のを含んでなることを特徴とする、甘味料補給剤組成物。 a)溶解性のあるカルシウムを0.6から7重量%、 b)クエン酸とリンゴ酸との混合物で、クエン酸とリンゴ酸の当量とカル シウムの当量の比が1.5:1から2:1、好ましくは1.5:1から1.8: 1、であり、またクエン酸の当量とリンゴ酸の当量の比が3:97から93:7 である混合物を含んでなる食用酸成分を2から47重量%、 c)糖を乾燥重量ベースで5から80%[ここで糖のうち好ましくは少な くとも15%がフルクトースである]、及び d)水を5から92重量% 2. 生物学的利用性のあるカルシウムを与え、もし液状であるならば、カル シウムの沈殿に対して、29℃の温度で少なくとも3日間安定であり、下記のも のを含んでなることを特徴とする、甘味料補給剤組成物。 a)溶解性のあるカルシウムを0.6から2.5重量%、 b)クエン酸とリンゴ酸との混合物で、クエン酸とリンゴ酸の当量とカル シウムの当量の比が1.5:1から2:1、好ましくは1.5:1から1.8: 1、であり、またクエン酸の当量とリンゴ酸の当量の比が3:97から93:7 である混合物を含んでなる食用酸成分を2から17重量%、 c)糖を乾燥重量ベースで5から75%[ここで糖のうち少なくとも乾燥 重量ベースで5%、好ましくは少なくとも40%がフルクトースである]、及び d)水を5から92重量% 3. 生物学的利用性のあるカルシウムを与え、もし液状であるならば、カル シウムの沈殿に対して、29℃の温度で少なくとも3日間安定であり、下記のも のを含んでなることを特徴とする、甘味料補給剤組成物。 a)溶解性のあるカルシウムを2.5から7重量%、 b)クエン酸とリンゴ酸との混合物で、クエン酸とリンゴ酸の当量とカル シウムの当量の比が1.5:1から2:1、好ましくは1.5:1から1.8: 1、であり、またクエン酸の当量とリンゴ酸の当量の比が3:97から93:7 である混合物を含んでなる食用酸成分を10から47重量%、 c)糖を乾燥重量ベースで10から70%[ここで糖のうち少なくとも1 5重量%がフルクトースであ る]、及び d)水を20から60重量% 4.水とフルクトースの重量比が5:1から1:3、好ましくは2:1から1 :2、である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。 5. 生物学的利用性のあるカルシウムを与え、もし液状であるならば、カル シウムの沈殿に対して、29℃の温度で少なくとも5日間安定であり、下記のも のを含んでなることを特徴とする、甘味料補給剤組成物。 a)溶解性のあるカルシウムを2.5から5重量%、 b)クエン酸とリンゴ酸との混合物で、クエン酸とリンゴ酸の当量とカル シウムの当量の比が1.5:1から1.8:1であり、またクエン酸の当量とリ ンゴ酸の当量の比が3:97から93:7である混合物を含んでなる食用酸成分 を15から40重量%、 c)糖を乾燥重量ベースで25から60%、ここで糖は、ラクトースを少 なくとも40%含んでなる、及び d)水を25から60重量%[ここで水とフルクトースの重量比は2:1 から1:2である]。 6. クエン酸の当量とリンゴ酸の当量の比が10:90から50:50、好 ましくは20:80、である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。 7. 組成物が更に、塩化物陰イオン、硝酸塩陰イオン、硫酸塩陰イオン、及 びそれらの混合物から選ばれる酸性陰イオンを0.05%から5%、好ましくは 0.2%から4%、含んでなるものである、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記 載の組成物。 8. 組成物が水溶液である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物 。 9. 組成物が固体である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。 10. 下記の工程を含んでなる、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の組 成物を製造する方法。 (a)糖と水の混合物を含んでなる溶液を調製して溶液(A)を作る[ ここで糖は少なくとも乾燥重量ベースで5%、好ましくは少なくとも15%、よ り好ましくは少なくとも40%、フルクトースを含んでなる]、 (b)攪拌しながら食用酸成分を溶液(A)に溶解させて、糖と酸の溶 液(B)を作る、 (c)攪拌しながらカルシウム、及び任意の成分として酸性の陰イオン を溶液(B)に添加して、温度を49℃以下に保ちながら溶液(C)を作る、 (d)水に溶かした防腐剤や追加の成分を溶液(C)に攪拌しながら添 加して溶液(D)を作る、及び (e)任意の工程として、溶液(D)を乾燥させて固体の組成物を作る 11. 工程(e)が、下記の工程を含んでなる、請求項10に記載の方法。 (1)溶液(D)を、厚みが0.5cmから1.1cm、好ましくは0. 8cmから1cm、の平板状に凍結させる、及び (2)凍結させた平板を冷凍乾燥機中で乾燥させる
